基于DSP技术的智能现场通信器的硬件设计

【摘要】 现场总线技术是当前自动检测技术的热点之一。而智能仪表则为现场总线技术的出现和应用奠定了基础。本文的目的是在详细讨论、分析HART协议智能仪表的设计重点、难点和技术关键的基础上,设计完整的HART协议智能现场通信器的实用电路。它可以实现HART协议智能现场通信器的基本功能。 由于目前一方面现场总线标准正处在完善和发展的阶段,另一方面传统的基于4~20mA的模拟设备还在广泛的应用于工业控制的各个领域,因而为满足从模拟到全数字的过渡,HART协议应运而生。为了实现在线的实时控制并兼容HART协议,本文采用了数字信号处理器(DSP)来完成实时控制和相应的信号处理。本课题主要包括以下几个部分: 首先,在研究原有DCS系统的基础上,分析了现场总线技术即FCS系统的特点及其在应用上的优越性。 其次,讨论了在兼容原有DCS系统和为了适应FCS系统的基础上,采用HART协议(一种过渡的现场总线技术)来实现现场通信器的设计。 再次,在分析了整个系统完成功能的特点后,分析了DSP的结构和因此带来的实时处理数据的优点。确定由DSP来完成主要控制功能。 最后,为满足本课题所完成的功能和性能指标算法需要,利用DSP来实现HART协议智能现场通信器的设计。

【Abstract】 Fieldbus control technology is one of hotspot in roboticized inspect. Appearance and application of fieldbus control technology is base on smart instruments. This paper design a applied circuit of HART protocol smart instrument on which mainly discusses and analyze importance and difficulty of HART protocol. It can implement basic function of smart field communicatior.At the present time, one side standards of fieldbus control is being on developed and consummated phase. On the other hand the simulated instruments on the 4~20mA current has far-ranged applicated in the industry and autocontrol. HART protocol is adapt to simulated to digital transtion. This paper choice digital signal processing(DSP) on the control and signal processing. It can complete control in time and be fit for HART protocol. Several parts are listed as below:Firstly, after studying DCS system, the characteristics of the fieldbus control technology (PCS systems) are submitted, which are also advantages over DCS systems.Secondly, the differeance of early DCS system and PCS system is discussed. For the sake of smart communicator’s function, we confirm HART protocol.Thirdly, analyze the characters and ructions of this system and the structure of DSP. It take advantages of processing digital in time.We confirm that the mainly controlled part is DSPFinally, for realization and approximation needs, DSP used in the paper is programmed to actualize smart field communicatior on HART protocol
