余热利用透平—压气机联合循环制冷装置性能分析

【摘要】 本文对余热利用式透平-压气机联合循环制冷装置的性能进行了分析,讨论了引入回热器以及改变初始工作参数后对制冷循环的影响,并得出了正确的结论。 本文建立了计算回热器的数学模型,并运用计算机语言编程,建立了一系列子程序用以求解各个循环状态点的热力性质参数。在求各点热力性质参数的过程中,针对引入回热器的情况,对制冷过程和回热器提出了一些合理的假设,并运用工程热力学和传热学的基础理论,编写了适应多种工质和多种初始工作参数的主程序,取代了通常反复查表计算和迭代计算的复杂工作。运算结果表明,该程序具有工程实用价值。 论文对透平制冷装置分别进行了热力分析和(火用)分析,从而得出如何获得最佳制冷效果。 最后,本文的分析和讨论也对制冷系统的深入了解和最佳工况的确定有一定的指导作用。

【Abstract】 The paper analyses the performance of the refrigeration circle in turbine-compressor with abandoned heat energy, and discusses the effect of the refrigeration circle after reheaters are applied in it and the original parameters are changed. Then some accurate conclusions are acquired.This paper establishes the model for the reheaters and a series of subroutines with computer languages for calculating thermal parameters in energy circulation process. In the process of calculating thermal parameters, some reasonable assumptions are presented in the paper for the reheaters and refrigerating process, and main programmer is written based on the fundamental knowledge of the thermodynamics and transform of heat applying to multifarious mediums and original parameters, which replaces checking charts and calculating repeatedly. The results of calculating indicate that this programmer is practical.Both thermodynamics analysis and exergy analysis of the refrigeration circle in turbine-compressor are accomplished in this paper, which leads to how to acquire the best effect of refrigeration.Finally, the paper’s analysis and discussion are helpful to further understanding the principles of refrigerant system and optimizing refrigerant working parameters.
