基于COM+原理的可重用CAPP系统的研究和开发

【摘要】 随着全球经济一体化进程的不断加快,国际市场竞争日趋激烈,市场需求快速变化,企业的生产方式正在发生着巨大变革,逐渐由面向产品过渡到面向客户。为了适应这一变革,各国都在致力于研究敏捷制造、可重构制造等新的制造模式,这些制造模式对计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP:Computer Aided Process Planning)的研究和开发冲击较大,它要求开发CAPP系统时尽量缩短开发时间、降低开发成本,同时提高系统的可移植性、避免应用面过于狭窄等等。具有较大影响的可重用CAPP(RCAPP: Reused CAPP)被认为是有效解决这些问题的途径之一,但是相关研究还未深入进行。该文在这种背景下,通过对工艺设计领域的基础技术和软件科学理论的深入分析,明确了可重用CAPP的基本定义、主要特点和具体重用途径,同时研究了部分关键技术,并根据这些研究成果针对某厂的工艺设计进行了开发实践。该文的研究目的不仅仅是提供一套具体的CAPP系统,而是提出一种思路和方法,一种面向未来先进制造模式的、能够缩短开发周期的、提高开发效率的计算机辅助工艺设计系统开发策略,一种对可重用CAPP基础技术的研究手段。该文完成的主要工作是:1、 系统研究了CAPP的发展历程及各类形式的基本规律,对CAPP今后的发展趋势以及应当注意的重点问题做出了预测和见解;2、 分析现代制造模式对CAPP研究和开发的冲击后,明确了面向敏捷制造、可重构制造等先进制造模式的CAPP—可重用CAPP的概念、特点和重用途径;进一步讨论了该系统的主要功能、基本结构,并对该系统的信息模型进行了较为详细的构建;3、 通过对计算机软件科学的先进思想COM/DCOM/COM+原理的研究,提出了如何利用它们来指导实际CAPP的开发的思路及相关流程;在软件实现方面,建立了组件信息交互框架模型,该模型通过四种规范来实现组件和系统、组件和组件之间的通信;4、 分析了可重用CAPP部分关键技术,详细研究了工艺数据/知识库设计、工艺卡片定制及工艺文件存储等关键技术的功能要求及解决原理;5、 基于上述研究,结合生产实际,提出了一种可重用CAPP具体的开发策略。

【Abstract】 By the rapid progress of economical globalization, the more and more drastic competition in international markets and the dynamic change of market demands, the producing style in enterprise is now changing a lot from products oriented to customers oriented. Many countries try their best to do much research on new manufacturing modes such as agile manufacturing (AM)、reconfigurable manufacturing system(RMS) to satisfy this transformation. It’s a big impact to computer-aided process planning (CAPP). And CAPP is required to shorten its developing time、reduce its developing costs, and to increase its transplanting ability、avoid its narrow applications. reused CAPP, with bigger influence, is considered as one of those effective solutions, but research in this field hasn’t been deepen. Under this situation, this dissertation clarifies the basic definition、main characteristics 、practical approach and some key techniques of reused CAPP by the research on the basic roles of process planning and the theory of computer software major. And the development and practice have been done concentrating on the process planning in a factory based on the research result. The object of this dissertation is not only to provide a practical CAPP software, more important is to give a thought, a computer- aided process planning strategy towards advanced manufacturing modes in future and the dynamic change of market environment, and a methodology of research on the basic rules of reused CAPP.The main research work in this dissertation is:1、 Systematically collecting and analyzing the course of CAPP and its basic rules in main kinds and making some forecasting and viewpoints;2、 Clarifying the definition of reused CAPP facing advanced manufacturing modes such as AM、RMS by analyzing their impacts on CAPP. Discussing the main function、basic structure and basic information models.3、 Analyzing computer software theory COM/DCOM/COM+, providing a method to guide the development and practical route of reused CAPP;4、 In detail, researching on some key techniques such as database design for process and knowledge data 、process card customization and structured storage. In the aspect of software, building up frame model of component exchange, which realizes the communication among components and platform、components and components by four protocols.5、 Giving a example of reused CAPP system developing strategy based on the research above and practical situation.
