TEXACO水煤浆气化炉的建模及仿真研究

【摘要】 为了节省能源,提高发电效率,解决我国严重的环境污染问题,发展洁净煤技术自然就提高到了重要的战略地位。Texaco(德士古)水煤浆气化技术作为一种经济高效清洁的洁净煤技术,在化工行业得到了广泛的应用,而且在IGCC(Integrated Gasification Combined-Cycle)中也开始得到推广应用。Texaco水煤浆气化是一个及其复杂的物理化学反应过程,Texaco水煤浆气化过程的建模和仿真研究已成为一门新兴课题,具有极大基础研究和工程技术研究价值。本文以一个Texaco水煤浆气化炉为研究对象,在分析研究国内外有关Texaco气化炉建模与仿真研究状况的基础上,建立了Texaco水煤浆气化炉的动态数学模型。建模采用“小室模型”方法,将气化炉分为多个小室,分别建立各个小室中8种气体CO, CO2, H2, O2, N2, CH4, H2S, H2O成份、固体及碳的质量平衡模型以及总体能量平衡模型。本模型详细考虑了气固流动过程以及包括挥发份释放燃烧、焦炭的燃烧气化反应、水煤气反应、CO2 还原、变换反应、甲烷化反应等8种均相和异相反应在内的化学反应过程,使得本模型能够较全面地分析Texaco气化炉气化反应过程的主要物理化学动力过程。本文以Texaco气化炉的动态数学模型为基础,利用ACSL高级连续系统仿真语言工具开发了Texaco气化炉的动态仿真模型,并进行了模型的稳态计算,计算结果与相关试验数据相符。在仿真模型地基础上进行了水煤浆浓度、氧煤比等扰动下的仿真试验,试验结果趋势正确。分析结果表明本文建立的数学模型准确可靠,仿真模型具有较强的实用性。应用本模型能够对Texaco气化炉进行动态性能计算及分析研究,能够为气化炉的设计、运行、工艺及参数优化研究提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 The CCT (Cleaning Coal Technique) has been developed to a strategic degree naturally so as to save energy, to increase the efficiency of generating electricity and to solve the atmospheric pollution in China. TGP technique that is one of high-efficiency clean coal technique, not only has been widely used in chemical industry, but also was popularized in IGCC gradually. The process of Texaco coal water slurry gasification is a very complex physical and chemistry process; and the study of modeling and simulation for TGP has become a new type subject, which work has important value for fundamental study and engineering technique study.A large-scale Texaco coal water slurry gasifier is taken as study subject in this paper. Based on the analyzing of study status about modeling and simulation for Texaco gasifier in the domestic and international, a mathematical model for Texaco coal water slurry gasifier is established. Cell model is employed to divide the gasifier into many segments and the mass balance equation of eight gas components such as CO, CO2, H2, O2, N2, CH4, H2S, H2O, solid flow rate, carbon flow rate and total energy balance equation are set up respectively. More than eight heterogeneous and homogeneous kinetic chemical reactions that include the pyrolysis and combustion reactions of volatile, the combustion and gasification reaction of carbon, water gas reaction, are taken into account in detail. Thus the primary physical and chemical process of Texaco gasifier gasification can be comprehensive analyzed. Based on the established dynamic mathematical model, a dynamic simulation model has developed by using ACSL simulation tool. Firstly, the steady calculation for model is carried on. The calculation results are in accord with relative experiment data. and provide a basis for next simulation experiment. Based on the established dynamic simulation model, a series of dynamic simulation experiment have been done by using this simulation model, which include the simulation experiment of step disturbance about CWS density, disturbance the ratio of O2 and CO2 and so on. The simulation results current is correct. The analyzed results indicate that the established dynamic mathematical model for Texaco gasifier in this paper is accurate and credible, and proved that the simulation model is practical.This model is applicable to the basic study for Texaco coal water slurry technique, and to steady and dynamic performance study for Texaco gasification, and can provide a<WP=6>academic reference for the design, operation, technics and parameter optimization study for a Texaco gasifier.
