污水处理中的COD模糊控制系统的研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了国内外污水处理及其自动控制技术的发展形态,着重提到了我国污水处理自动化水平低和所面临的问题。通过对污水处理系统特性的分析,针对其处理过程无法用精确的数学模型来描述的特征,提出将模糊控制的方法应用到污水处理当中。 模糊控制的实现主要在于模糊控制器的设计,本文设计了一个两输入单输出的模糊控制器来达到污水处理中COD的在线控制。模糊控制器的设计主要由输入量的模糊化、模糊控制规则的生成、模糊判决等三部分组成。其中模糊控制表的离线生成是关键。为此,本文用MATLAB软件计算得到了模糊控制表,并在MATLAB软件的模糊推理系统工具箱中得到了验证。在上述基础上,通过对硬件电路的设计和仿真,得到了预期的输出结果。 污水处理的COD模糊控制系统很好的解决了污水处理中COD数学模型难确立的问题,为污水处理的COD浓度的自动控制提供了一条切实可行的途径;模糊控制表的离线生成,可根据被控对象,试验运行结果方便的修正控制表,达到控制要求。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the development process of wastewater disposal. It was emphasized that the low lever of automatization of the civil wastewater treatment and problem faced. According to analyzing the characteristic of wastewater treatment system,the method of fuzzy control is applied in wastewater treatment because its process isn’t denoted by precise mathematic model.In this paper,a fuzzy controller of two inputs and one output is designed to meet the COD online controlling of wastewater treatment. The design of fuzzy controller is consisted by fuzzification of inputs,making fuzzy control rules and defuzzification. The key of fuzzy controller design is the off-line calculation of fuzzy control table. So,the fuzzy control table is gotten by MATLAB software. Fuzzy inference system toolbox for MATLAB also validates the veracity of table. Then,anticipative results are attained by design and simulation of hardware circuit.Fuzzy control system for COD of wastewater treatment commendably solves the problem that the mathematic model is difficult to obtain in wastewater treatment,which offers a practical approach for COD concentration automatic control in the treatment of wastewater. Control request is met by off-line achievement of fuzzy control table,which can be modified conveniently according to object controlled and experiment results.
