【摘要】 作为21世纪的主要制造模式敏捷制造，需要传统CAPP技术由单机工作方式向网络环境下多机协同的工作方式发展、静态向动态方面发展、工艺数据独享向联盟企业共享方面发展。 针对这种需求，本文通过分析国内外CAPP技术的发展现状及趋势，研究了敏捷制造模式下CAPP系统的功能分布、体系结构和工作模式，提出了敏捷制造模式下CAPP系统应是基于Internet／Web平台、依据工艺数据库的分散网络环境下CAPP系统的构想，并对系统的体系结构和功能进行了研究和设计。结合敏捷制造企业生产实际，建立了内容丰富的网络工艺数据库。在此基础上，应用VBScript语言、ActiveX技术和WEB开发工具ASP技术开发了分散网络环境下CAPP系统，实现了网络环境下工艺数据库的查询和共享、零件的工艺派生和创成、工艺能力数据的上载和讦价、零件图形数据的发布等等。 系统开发平台是Windows NT Server、Microsoft Internet Information Server、ASP、Visual InterDev 6．0、SQL Server 7．0、Visual Basic 6．0、AutoCAD2000。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the main Manufacturing Model of 21 century, Agile Manufacturing demands traditional CAPP system to change from the single computer to the lots of computer concurrent work based the network, from the static to the dynamic, from the exclusive database to being shared with the Agile Manufacturing enterprises.To resolve the problem, the paper analyzed the current status and development tendency of CAPP system in domestic and abroad, researched the performing environment, architecture and functions of CAPP system of Agile Manufacturing Model, and advanced Agile-manufacturing CAPP system is the CAPP system based Internet/Web and Web process database, and designed its architecture and functions. Taking Agile Manufacturing enterprise’s production practice into consideration, some Web process databases with rich content are established. Applying VBScript program language, ActiveX technique and ASP technique, the CAPP system based distributed Web is developed, and realized the process planning generated of, data uploaded, part graphic issued.Exploitation desktops of the system are Windows NT Server, Microsoft Internet Information Server, ASP, Visual InterDev 6.0, SQL Server 7.0, Visual Basic 6.0, AutoCAD2000.更多还原
