【摘要】 本文就如何控制公路工程施工及验收阶段的质量作了较为深入的研究；通过工程实例，重点研究了软土地基施工整治的质量监理要点；提出了推行设计阶段监理的必要性和加强设计监理的几点建议；通过实例分析，说明如何利用数据统计的方法控制工程质量；设计开发了公路工程施工质量监理计算机辅助系统，对工程质量实行现代化监理。 根据作者参加公路工程监理工作的实践，就施工和验收阶段路基、路面和桥隧等工程项目质量监理的内容、方法和步骤作了较详细的讨论，并有针对性地提出了各工程项目质量监理的重点。 本文通过一个工程实例，详细分析了软土地基施工整治的质量监理过程，给出了多种整治措施及其监理内容和监理要点。 提出了公路工程质量监理必须加强和重视设计阶段监理的建议，针对目前工程设计中出现的问题，给出了设计监理的内容、方法和程序。并针对现在初级阶段的设计监理中存在的问题，提出了一些建议。 本文对工程中的试验数据，给出了八种处理数据、控制质量的统计方法，并举工程实例进行了应用分析。 在Microsoft Access 2000关系数据库基础上，结合施工监理的实际经验，设计开发了公路工程施工质量监理计算机辅助系统，该系统功能较多、操作简单，可以使复杂、繁琐的工作简单化。使用起来快速、便捷。可大幅度提高公路工程施工质量监理的水平和效率。 公路工程质量的优劣，是关系到国家和人民利益的大事，所以监理工程师对质量的控制非常重要。本文的工作愿给监理人员以借鉴，对我国公路工程监理市场的改革与发展做出贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper researches how to control of highway quality at constructional and acceptance stage.,and studies the quality supervision gist of soft foundation construction renovation by way of an engineering example, It puts forward the necessity of carrying out design supervision and some propositions of strengthening design supervision ,and discusses how to control engineering quality using mathematical statistics by analyzing engineering example. The computer assistant system of highway supervision is designed and compiled Modernization supervision of engineering quality is carried out.On the basis of experiences of die writer, the paper discusses the content, procedure and method of quality supervision in construction and acceptance stage about roadbed, road surface, bridge and tunnel engineering ,and brings forward the point pertinent to quality control.This paper analyzes the quality supervision process of soft foundation construction renovation by way of an engineering example, and give many kinds of renovation measures and their supervision content and supervision gistThis paper brings forward a proposition that highway engineering quality supervision must be strengthened and attached importance to design supervision Aiming at the design question at present, this paper gives the content, procedure and method of design supervision, and purs forward some propositions in allusion to the question of design supervision at primary stage.This paper gives eight kinds of statistical method to process data, and processes an applied research as an engineering example.On the basis of Microsoft Access 2000 connection database and experiences of construction, the computer assistant system of highway engineering quality supervision has been developed.
