【摘要】 本课题从全面质量管理(TQC)的角度分析了铸件生产过程质量保证体系。以蠕墨铸铁件为基础，开发了“蠕墨铸铁件质量分析系统”(FQAS)，包括铸件知识咨询、铸件质量数据管理与分析和铸件质量分析及预测三个子系统。 知识咨询子系统沿用了微软公司制作帮助系统的设计风格，采用HTML ELP帮助系统制作软件，查询所需铸件缺陷有关知识快捷方便，图文并貌，只需点击目录，主题界面友好，具有索引功能，通过输入关键字，即可直接查询到所寻找的铸件缺陷的相关知识。知识咨询子系统能实现对铸件各类缺陷和相关国家标准的知识咨询，并能初步诊断缺陷原因及给出相应防止对策。 铸件质量数据分析与预测子系统采用Visual FoxPro6.0软件开发，系统采用了下拉式菜单和灵活多变的工具条，以及联机帮助；建立了九类铸件质量数据分类管理的数据库，能快速、准确地进行添加、查询、修改和删除数据；利用柱形图等图形工具直观地显示数据统计分析的结果；还能够快速、方便地生成各类不同格式的报表。质量数据管理与分析子系统可以对铸造过程的铸件质量数据进行分类管理和统计分析，判断影响铸件工艺质量的主要因素，以保证生产过程的稳定。 铸件质量预测与分析子系统采用Visual Basic6.0软件，用户界面友好，易学易用。铸件质量分析及预测子系统建立了蠕墨铸铁件缺陷定量分析的线性回归分析数学模型，为预测及控制缺陷废品率在规定范围内提供保证。 该系统经过实际使用，达到了预期的目标，取得了良好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The quality assurance system of foundry manufacturing process has been analyzed from the viewpoint of Total Quality Control (TQC) in the paper. Based on the compacted graphite iron castings,the "Compacted Graphite Iron Casting Quality Analysis System" has been developed. It includes three subsystem:the Casting Defects Knowledge Consultation,the Casting Quality Data Control and Analysis,the Casting Defects Qualitative Analysis and Predication.In this system,the subsystem of Knowledge consultation has been developed by the HTML help software. Based on the way of designing help system for Microsoft Corporation,it is easy for querying something about casting defect. It has graphs and words,you can only strike the index,the screen is friendly,and has the function of index. By putting into the keyword,you can find the knowledge you wanted directly. The subsystem of the Casting Defects Knowledge Consultation can be used to consult the every defects and the relative standard of the casting,identify initially casting defects,to analyze the causes,and to give the preventing measure.In the subsystem of Casting Quality Data Management and Analysis,there are the listed menu,various tool bars and the united help,the system which established the classified control database of the nine kinds of the casting quality data,is quick and correct to add,query,edit and delete data. Used the graph tools such as the column graph,it can display audio-visually the results of the data’s classification and analysis. It can produce quickly and easily the various kinds of reports. The subsystem of the Casting Quality Data Management and Analysis can be used toclassify and analyze casting quality information statistically,and to determine the main influencing factors and to ensure that the manufacturing process is under good control.The subsystem of Casting Quality Foresee and Analysis,developed by the Visual Basic 6.0 software,has the friendly screen,you can learn and use it easily. The subsystem of the Casting Foresee and Analysis established the mathematical model of the quantitative linear regression analysis for the compacted graphite cast iron defects. It provided guarantee for predication and control of casting defective index within permissive ranges.The system achieves the desired goal and gains the good results.更多还原
