【摘要】 融资租赁在经济发展中的作用越来越重要，它是一个拥有广阔发展前景的新兴产业。但它在我国出现的比较晚，而且一直没有真正发展起来，所以国内有关融资租赁的研究比较少，还存在着许多空白之处。本文采用了定量分析和定性分析相结合的研究方法，系统分析了影响我国融资租赁业发展的制约因素，提出了进一步发展我国融资租赁业的系统对策建议，这是本文的创新之处，同时对于实际工作，也会有一定的理论指导意义。 本论文共分五部分，具体内容如下： 第一部分是全文论述的基础，主要为后面的分析论述做铺垫。首先介绍了融资租赁的产生和概念，进而论述了融资租赁的特征、功能和分类，最后进行了简单的相关经济理论分析以作为论文研究的理论指导。 第二部分通过定量分析，简要介绍了国外融资租赁业发展的历程和现状，重点分析了在我国融资租赁业发展过程中存在的问题。 第三部分主要针对存在的问题，从政策法规等宏观方面以及融资租赁公司的内部经营管理方面，分析了制约我国融资租赁业发展的原因。这是本文的一个重点。 第四部分针对目前我国经济发展的客观需要，论述了进一步发展我国融资租赁业的现实意义，分析了这一工作的重要性和必要性。 第五部分结合三、四部分的分析，首先提出了当前发展我国融资租赁业的三个重点，接着从宏观定位、融资渠道、法律和法规、税收政策、行业管理、风险保障以及内部经营管理等方面提出了发展我国融资租赁业的系统对策建议。这一部分是本文的另一个重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Finance leasing is becoming more and more important for economy development, and its future is wide and great. It appeared late in Chinese market, and some problems existed in its development, so researches on Chinese finance leasing market are limited, there are many untouched fields. By quantitative analysis approach and qualitative analysis approach, the thesis researched Chinese finance leasing industry systematically, and it suggested theory help to finance leasing practice.Combining with detailed data, this thesis pointed out some problems in Chinese finance leasing development; then according to these problems, it systematically analyzed elements which limited the development of Chinese finance leasing industry, from policy and law and internal management and administration, etc; According to our economic development needs, this thesis discussed the importance and necessity to develop Chinese finance leasing industry rapidly; In the end of this thesis it suggested three focal points to develop Chinese finance leasing industry, and systematically advanced development countermeasures from different aspects.更多还原
