【摘要】 随着世界经济日益趋向全球化，中国作为举世瞩目的农业大国，2001年底加入了WTO，农业国际化进程正逐步加快。同时，农业科技园区作为农业先进适用技术的载体，必须与国际接轨，参与国际竞争。因此，充分发展外向型农业对园区来说至关重要。本文采取定性与定量相结合、实地调查与理论分析相结合的方法，研究了我国农业科技园区外向型农业发展的现状及加入WTO对农业科技园区外向型农业发展的影响，在江苏省范围内选取了5个具有代表性的农业科技园区作为调查点，搜集第一手材料，运用比较分析方法，通过一系列指标研究接受调查园区的农产品出口创汇、利用外资和对外交流与合作情况，并在此基础上，提出了农业科技园区发展外向型农业的对策思路。 本文共分五部分：第一部分主要在总结农业科技园区国内外研究现状和回顾科技园及农业科技园区产生、发展历程的基础上，对农业科技园区及外向型农业的内涵进行了界定，为本研究的进一步探讨作好理论准备。 第二部分主要对中国农业科技园区外向型农业发展的现状进行了剖析。通过剖析，了解园区外向型农业发展所取得的成就和存在的问题，并根据存在的问题分析制约园区外向型农业发展各种因素。 第三部分对加入WTO影响中国农业科技园区外向型农业的因素进行了探讨。本部分在分析外向型农业产品国际市场的现状及趋势的前提下，研究了加入WTO对园区外向型农业发展所产生的影响，了解园区所面临的新形势。 第四部分选择南通、泰州等市的4个农业综合开发示范园区和农业科技示范园区作为实证分析对象，对它们的外向型农业发展进行了分析、比较研究。通过运用实地调研得来的数据，计算各种指标，并对计量结果进行比较研究，定量地分析江苏省农业科技园区外向型农业发展所取得的成就及存在的问题。 第五部分针对园区外向型农业发展存在的问题及面临的新形势，提出园区发展外向型农业的对策思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the globalization of world’s economy and China’s access to WTO, China, a big agricultural country, is internationalizing its agriculture. As a carrier of advanced and practical technologies, Agricultural science and technology zones must participate in international competition. Therefore, the full development of outward oriented agriculture is essential to the agricultural science and technology zones.This paper, based on summarizing the research inside and outside china on Agricultural science and technology zones, discussed the objectivity and practical sense for agricultural science and technology zones to develop outward oriented agriculture; based on reviewing the development of agricultural science and technology, the paper established the connotation of agricultural science and technology zones and outward oriented agriculture; factors affecting outward oriented agriculture of the zones were analyzed in this paper by means of anatomizing their actuality; based on the actuality and trend of international market of farm products, the paper analyzed the influence of WTO on outward oriented agriculture of the zones; after analyzing the situation of Jiangsu’s outward oriented agriculture, 4 agricultural science and technology zones were used to analyze and compare outward oriented agriculture based on multiple parameters. As a conclusion, strategies to develop outward oriented agriculture of agricultural science and technology zones were outlined.The paper includes five parts: basic connotation of agricultural science and technology zones and outward oriented agriculture, updates of outward oriented agriculture development of the zones, influence of WTO on outward oriented agriculture of the zones, survey of outward oriented agriculture of agricultural science and technology zones, strategies to develop outward oriented agriculture of the zones.更多还原
