X射线阴极的研究及其在像增强器中的应用

【摘要】 本文通过对X射线阴极的理论研究,深入探讨了X射线阴极的工作原理,分析了影响其量子效率的诸因素,为X射线阴极的制作提供了理论依据。并根据理论分析的结果制作了多种不同结构的CsI/MCP反射式阴极,通过模拟方法,对其性能进行了测试分析。理论和实验表明,CsI是一种对X射线比较敏感的阴极材料,在MCP输入面上蒸度CsI薄膜会提高阴极对X射线的探测效率(或输出特性),适当改变CsI膜层的结构,输出特性会进一步得到改善。根据实验结果,我们提出了新的CsI阴极膜层结构,并成功地应用于单近贴聚焦X射线像增强器中。

【Abstract】 In this paper, we discuss the principles of x-ray cathodes through the research of x-ray cathodes. Analyze the various factors affecting their quantum efficiencies and offer the theoretical accordance for making x-ray cathodes. Following the theoretical analysis , we have made a few CsI/MCP reflection mode cathodes of different structures. Test their characters through imitation methode. Theories and tests illustrate that CsI is a kind of sensitive material to x-ray, If CsI is directly evaporated into the input face of MCP, the quantum efficiency (output character) can be enhanced. Change their structures properly, its output character can be enhanced further. We propose the new structure of CsI layers and use it in signal proximity focusing x-ray intensifiers successfully.
