溶胶—凝胶法制备电致变色材料的研究

【摘要】 本文采用溶胶—凝胶法制备出了性能优越的WO3、MoO3、MoO3-WO3电致变色膜,使用扫描电镜和X-射线衍射对其表面形貌和结构进行分析,用分光光度计和三电极法对薄膜的光学、电化学性质进行测量。三者对可见光均有较好的调制效果。薄膜非晶态较结晶态致色性能较好,电解质和着色电压对电色性质也有很大的影响。 把钼醇盐加入到钨醇盐中,提高了WO3膜镀膜液的稳定性,所得的膜较WO3膜晶化温度升高,可调范围大,着色效率高,并且改善了WO3膜的外观视觉美学特性。
【Abstract】 In this article, WO3 film, MoO3 film and MoO3-WO3 film are prepared by Sol-Gel method. Their appearance and microcosmic structure are analyzed by the survey of Scanning Electron Microscope and X-Ray Diffraction. Spectrometer and three electrodes method are used to measure optics and electrochemical characters. They adjust the transmission spectrum of visible light after coloring. The coloring properties of no crystalline film are better than those of crystalline film. This paper also discusses the effect of heat handling temperature, dielectric and voltage on coloring.Putting molybdenum alcohol solution into tungsten alcohol solution, stability of solution is improved. Compared with pure WO3 film, the crystallized temperature of MoO3-WO3 film is enhanced, adjusting range is extended, coloring efficiency is raised, and vision aesthetics characters are improved.
