【摘要】 目的：观察益气活血、化痰通络法治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。 方法：将患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，其中治疗组30例，对照组20例，治疗组予以益气通络汤，对照组给予养心氏片，通过病例的对照研究观察临床疗效。结果：治疗组中心绞痛显效率为60％，总有效率93.3％：心电图显效率16.7％，总有效率76.7％：中医症状显效率56.7％，总有效率83.4％，与对照组相比，分别具有显著性或非常显著性差异(P＜0.05或P＜0.01)。本方还可显著降低甘油三脂和胆固醇含量，纠正脂质代谢紊乱；降低血粘度，改善血液流变学。结论：气虚是冠心病心绞痛的根本病机，痰瘀阻络是本病发生的中心环节。益气活血、化痰通络是治疗冠心病心绞痛的一种有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effective way of curing angina pectoris of CHD by means of strengthing Qi, moving blood and dispelling sputum to remove the obstruction of the collaterals .Methods:50 cases of blood stasis and sputum block due to deficiency of Qi Patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group (30 cases) were given YiQI TongLuo tang ,while the control group were granted tablets of Yang Xin Shi.Study the clinical curative effect through the case-control study.Results:In the treatment group ,the remarkble rate of angina pectoris is 60%,the total effective rate 93.3%;the remarkble rate of ECG is 16.7%,the total effective rate of it is 76.7% accordingly;and the remarkable rate of symptoms is 56.7%,the total effective rate 83.4% respectively. The statistics revealed a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (PO.05 or PO.01). The level of TC and TG were decreased remarkably in the treatment group, lipid supercede disorder was rectified; hemorheology was also notable improved. Conclusions:Qi deficiency serves as the basic cause , while blood stasis and sputum block are center segment of CHD. Supplementing Qi,promoting blood circulation,dispelling sputum is a main therapeutic method with positive effect.更多还原
