【摘要】 膝关节骨性关节炎是骨科常见病、疑难病之一，其发病因素、发病机理尚未完全明确，临床尚缺乏特效的药物治疗。中医认为该病属“痹证”范畴，其基本病机为：肝肾不足，外邪侵袭，瘀血阻络。以中医理论为基础进行组方配伍，创制补肾壮骨汤，进行临床观察研究，结果表明该方具有确切满意的疗效，总有效率达93.33％，疗效优于对照组。通过探讨该病的病因、病机、辩证施治及药物组成，我们认为中药制剂治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效肯定，对于其作用机理尚需进一步进行实验观察和研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The knee joint osteoarthritis(OA) is one of the common, questionable in orthopaedics. Whose aetiology and pathogenesis have not been known clearly .There is no specific durg that can cure the diease at present.TCM therapy by overall analysis and differentiation of syndrome and signs has marked efficacy. We designed the "Bushen Zhuanggu Tang" decoction to treat patients of knee joint OA. The result indicated that the decoction has marked of efficacy with the total effective rate 93.33%.We think that TCM therapy on OA has a marked efficacy. But we should make experimental study to explain the mechanisms of TCM therapy on OA.更多还原
