黑龙江省大豆决策咨询系统的研究

【摘要】 根据国家863高新技术计划306主题和黑龙江省科委对积极推进智能化农业信息技术的精神,以农垦总局和农委为依托,根据黑龙江省主要农作物生产基地,缺少农业专家的特点,制定农业信息决策咨向系统开发。以最先进的软件技术,多媒体技术和系统集成技术,获取多知名农业专家多年积累的经验、技术和方法以及大量的农业作物普遍性知识,并综合黑龙江省地域等基本事实数据,经过分析、提炼、整理、结合形成知识库,利用推理机、模型库、方法库,最终集成为科学性、实用性、决策性的农业决策咨询系统。针对农作物生产管理提出科学、合理的技术支持。 大豆决策咨询系统设计遵循软件工程的生命周期法,分阶段设计开发,用结构化分析方法提出整个系统概要设计方案。在决策系统的设计与实现中,首先分析现行大豆栽培技术的流程之后,绘制了决策咨询系统的数据流图,然后采用数据流分析法,提出子系统的功能结构表,最后利用VB、SQL、ACCESS数据库、多媒体技术等面向对象的编程工具实现大豆决策咨询系统的功能。 在开发大豆决策咨询系统的过程中,根据需要设计出15个模块,考虑到运筹学研究的特点,不是对每一个决策模块孤立进行评价,而是把它同系统内所有其它模块相互作用结合起来作出评价,把相互影响的各模块作为一个统一体,从总体利益的观点出发,寻找出一个优化协调的方案。 实践证明,该系统将计算机技术和农学知识有机结合,技术先进、功能全面、结构规范、界面友好、易学实用。对黑龙江省智能化农业信息技术的发展具有一定的理论和实用价值。

【Abstract】 According to the 306 subject in the national 863 hi-tech plan and the spirit of promoting intelligentized technology of agricultural information provided by the science and technique committee of Hei longjiang province ,with the Agriculture Total Bureau relied on ,and on the basis of being need of agriculture experts in the main farm crop in Hei long Jiang province ,the author has worked out an agricultural informational decision-making consultation system .This system contains accumulated experience, techniques and methods of well-known agriculture experts and a lot of knowledge of crops universalism with the most advanced software technology .multimedia technology and system integration technology. By analyzing , abstracting ,clearing up database and integrating basic fact data about Hei long Jiang province ,the system can form repository and finally form a scientific practical,decision -making agricultural information decision -making consultation system with the help of reasoning machine model warehouse and method warehouse .It will provide the scientific and rational technic support to the crops production management.The design of soybean decision-making consultation system follows the life cycle standard of software engineering .The system will be exploited in steps and the summary is brought up by using frame-work analytical method . After the flow of soybean growth technology having been analyzed , the data flow chart is protracted and the function from chart is brought in the course of the designing and realizing the decisive system . Finally , by making use of the directed programmes tool such as VB,SQL SERVER ,ACCESS and multi-media technique the function of the soybean decision-making consultation system is realized.During the process of developing the soybean decision-making consultation system ,15 models should be designed based on the need. Given the feature of operational research ,the evaluation of each model is not isolated but connected with others among the system .This system treats interactionalmodules as an entia and finds a superior and coordinative project from the idea of collective benefit.It is proved by practise that this system combine computer technology with agriculture knowledge as well as but has advanced technology ,whole function , frame criterion ; interface amity and easy study practicality . It will do a lot to the theoretical and practical development of intelligentize technology of agriculture information of Hei long Jiang province.
