红皮云杉种源间植物激素、硝酸还原酶和可溶性蛋白的遗传变异

【摘要】 对林木米说,传统的选择育种是十分有效的,但由于树木生长周期长,林木的选择育种也需要很长时间。目前为了尽快的缩短林木育种周期并为林业生产尽早地提供优良繁殖材料,经常采用的方法就是林木早期测定。本论文主要研究了利用一些植物生理指标如:激素含量、硝酸还原酶、可溶性蛋白浓度等对红皮云杉进行早期测定的可行性。 实验材料来自于东北林业大学帽儿山实验林场18~19年生红皮云杉种源试验林。研究表明不同种源间高生长和径生长均存在显著差异,乌伊岭种源长势最好,桦南和高峰种源长势最差。 生长期不同种源间IAA、GA含量差异显著:IAA浓度高于GA和ABA;树体内IAA浓度越高,种源长势越好;ABA的含量很低:休眠期各种源激素含量与种源长势无显著相关关系,但各种源ABA含量显著高于IAA和GA。 无论是生长期(6月份)还是休眠期(4月份)各种源间硝酸还原酶浓度都有很大差异,即生长快的种源硝酸还原酶浓度也高,反之则低。不同种源间可溶性蛋白浓度也有相似的变化趋势,有所不同的是相同种源可溶性蛋白浓度在2000年和2001年无明显差异。除此之外,生长特性、硝酸还原酶含量和可溶性蛋白含量之间有显著相关性,相关系数均在0.82以上。
【Abstract】 Although it is quite effective to use traditional selection breeding to tree species,long time is still needed because of long growing period of trees. At present,early test in tree breeding is often used in order to shorten breeding term and provide the excellent materials for forest production as soon as possible. In this paper,some physiological characteristics,such as hormone content,nitrate reducetase and soluble protein concentration,are studied to detect whether or not these characteristics function well as early selection indexes in the breeding ofPicea koreiansis.In this study,the materials come from the provenance trial of 18-19 years old in Maoershan Forestry Experiment Station of Northeast Forestry University. There is significant difference among the height and diameter characteristics among the provenance,in which Wuyiling provenance is the best in growth and Huanan and Gaofeng provenances are the worst.It has significant difference between the content of LAA,GA among the provenances in growing period. The IAA content in the provenance is higher than GA and ABA. The higher the IAA content in the plant is,the faster the provenance grows,and vice versa. ABA content in the provenance is very low. There is no clear correlation between hormone content and growth characteristics among the provenance in dormancy period,but the ABA in the provenance is higher than IAA and GA.It also has great change in the concentration of Nitrate Reductase among the provenance no matter when is in April of the dormancy period or in June of the growing period,with the same change trend for the same provenance. Almost the same result is obtained for the concentration of soluble protein among the provenance,but there has a little difference in the concentration of soluble protein in the same provenance between 2000 and 2001. Besides,it shows significant correlation (r>0.82) among the growth characteristics and the concentration of Nitrate Reductase,as well as soluble protein among the provenances.
