55mm厚白桦干燥特性与干燥技术的研究

【摘要】 本文采用55mm厚白桦(Betula platyphylla Suk.)锯材作试验试材,在实验型木材干燥机内,进行木材常规干燥试验,探讨干燥过程中木材干燥应力与变形发展变化规律及其对干燥控制过程的影响,探讨在木材干燥过程自动控制条件下干燥基准的特点。研究表明:在木材常规干燥过程,因厚度方向收缩不均而产生的干燥应力与干燥应变是造成干燥开裂与变形等缺陷的主要原因,将粘弹性力学与流变学理论引入到对干燥应力与干燥应变的研究可较好地理解木材干燥过程干燥应力与干燥应变发生发展机理;提出的55mm厚白桦木材自动控制过程干燥基准是可行的,采用此干燥基准,在自动控制型实验干燥机内进行干燥试验,综合干燥试材的各项质量指标,达到2级干燥锯材以上。
【Abstract】 In this paper we use Asia white b\ich(Betula platyphylla Sw?)lumbers with thickness of 55mm as experimental wood, basing on lab condition, implement wood conventional drying experiments, explore the development and change law of wood drying stress and strain as long as it’s influences on the wood drying control process, explore the characters of drying schedule which is used in automatic controlling process. All the work and experiments give the following results.In wood conventional drying process, the main reasons which cause wood dryjng check and distortion are drying stress and drying strains which are produced through the shrinkage differences on the thickness direction. Introducing the visco-elastic mechanics and the rheology theory into wood drying stress and strains research is a good way to describing the development mechanism of wood drying stress and drying strains. The automatic controlling process drying schedule which is used for Asia white birch lumbers with thickness of 55mm is applicable, by using this drying schedule, through experiments in automatic梒ontrolling experimental drying kiln, the resulting drying lumbers ’ qualities reach GB’2梘rade and above.
