【摘要】 本文以探讨青杨虎天牛、杨树烂皮病、杨树冰核细菌性溃疡病对小青黑杨材质的影响为目标，对危害前后的材质进行测试分析，主要测定了木材的解剖特征、物理特征及化学特征。木材解剖特征采用了计算机视觉分析系统测定了纤维长度、宽度、长宽比、纤维壁厚、纤维腔径、纤维壁腔比，导管壁厚、导管腔径、导管壁腔比等；物理特征测定了基本密度，端面硬度等：化学特征包括综纤维素、木素及抽提物等含量的测定。并采用综合坐标法和综合评分法对杨木作为纸浆材的材质进行品质评定，得出杨木在不同病虫害危害后材质综合性能优劣顺序。 研究结果表明：青杨虎天牛危害主要表现在对解剖特征及综纤维素含量的影响上，危害后杨木纤维变短、变厚，综纤维素含量降低，这些变化均不利于制浆造纸，但从节约利用资源角度出发，其危害木仍可用于生产对强度要求不高的纸的生产；杨树冰核细曲性溃疡病和烂皮病对杨木各项指标影响均很显著，除纤维长、纤维宽、纤维长宽比、纤维腔径，导管腔径和综纤维素含量降低外，其余各项指标值均增加，其材性已不适合造纸。采用综合坐标法和综合评分法对健康木和受害木作为纸浆材的材质优劣顺序进行排序为：健康木＞青杨虎天牛危害木＞烂皮病危害木＞杨树冰核细菌性溃疡病危害木。本研究结果对杨木的合理加工利用具有指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This research aimed at the influence of Xylotrechus rusticus (L) Cytospora chrysosperma(Pers.) Fr. and Erwinia herbicola(Lohms) Dye. on Populus pseudo-simonii X p.nigra wood property. The quality of healthy wood and harmed wood were tested and analyzed,mainly about the following wood properties:anatomical characteristics of wood including fibre length,fibre diameter,fibre length-width ratio,fibre wall thickness,fibre indiameter,fibre wall-indiameter ratio,vessel wall thickness,vessel indiameter,and vessel wall-indiameter ratio,which were measured by computer vision technique;physical feature including density and hardness;chemical properties including the contend of holocellulose,lignin,extraction and other chemical properties. By comprehensive Coordinates and comprehensive mark,the wood quality and characteristics under different influence were evaluated and the preferential order of pulpwood were drawed.The results were of follows:the harm of Xylotrechus rusticus (L) was mainly on fibre length and holocellulose decreased,cell thickness increased,which were all unfavorable to papermaking. For full use the natural resource,the wood harmed by Xylotrechus rusticus (L) could be used to make paper which do not seriously emphasizing on paper intention. Cytospora chrysosperma(Pers.) Fr. and Erwinia herbicola(Lohnis) Dye. had seriously influenced the property of Populus pseudo-simonii Xp.nigra. The fibre length,fibre diameter,fibre length-width ratio,fibre indiameter,vessel indiameter and the content of holocellulose decreased,other features increased. The Cytospora chrysosperma(Pers.) Fr. harmde wood and Erwinia herbicola(Ldhnis) Dye. harmed wood were not fit for papermaking. The preferential order of pulpwood were:the healthy wood,the Xylotrechus rusticus (L) harmed wood,the Cytospora chrysosperma(Pers.) Fr. harmed wood and the Erwinia herbicola(Lohnis) Dye. harmed wood.The results of this research would be good guidance to the utilization of plantation forest of populus.更多还原
