水性高分子——异氰酸酯胶粘剂的研究玉米淀粉的酯化利用

【摘要】 本项研究对利用酯化玉米淀粉,制造水性高分子-异氰酸酯胶粘剂(API)的配方进行了系统的研究。采用二元酸与玉米淀粉在一定催化剂作用下进行酯化反应,形成半酯化玉米淀粉悬浮液。通过对玉米淀粉悬浮液与橡胶胶乳的共聚共混试验,确定了以半酯化玉米淀粉为主要成分的主剂配方;通过隐蔽剂试验,筛选出适合不同胶合工艺的固化交联剂的隐蔽剂。通过主剂与交联剂共混后胶液活性期与胶合制品理化性能试验,确定出水性高分子-异氰酸酯胶粘剂的最终配方。研究结果表明,用此无醛胶粘剂压制的三层实木复合地板、机拼细木工板、胶合板及集成材等胶合制品,其理化性能指标完全达到有关标准要求。经生产性试验,表明此种胶粘剂具有明显的生产可操作性,完全满足现有的工艺要求,制品无甲醛等有毒物质挥发,其原料成本为同类进口胶粘剂的一半,具有明显的社会环境效益和经济效益。
【Abstract】 The paper systematically studies the formulation of aqueous vinyl polymer solution isocyanate adhesive (API)桬sterify to corn starch. Corn starch adhesive main agent was made with the aid of reaction between corn starch and dibasic acid to form esterified corn starch suspension liquid, From the synthesis experiments of corn starch suspension liquid and synthetic rubber latex modification, the compositions of esterified corn starch suspension liquid are determined. From solvent experiments, suitable masking agent is selected. From the mixture experiments of base polymer with other modifiers and the optimizing experiments of the adhesiveformulation, final composition of API is gained. The results of the study indicated that physical and mechanical properties of three條ayer solid wood parquet and plywood bonded with the above-mentioned adhesive could meet with the national standard. In addition, the research result is of significant social and economical benefit.
