螺纹参数自动化测量仪的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了一种外螺纹几何参数自动测量仪。它采用光学投影的方法,结合机械传动,通过线阵CCD器件,获取螺纹轴剖面外轮廓的二维数据,通过微机处理以后,得到螺纹的几何参数。所研究的测量系统是光、机、电有机结合的完整系统。 论文主要内容包括:外螺纹几何参数自动测量仪的原理、CCD的应用、高速的数据采集、串行通信、螺纹轮廓的边缘检测、及螺纹参数数据的处理计算方法。文中提出了用线阵CCD和步进电机相结合的方法来实现高精度测量。在硬件系统中提出了一种新的数据采集存储方式,使数据的采集存储速度不受CPU速度的限制而实现了高速的数据采集与存储。在解决单片机和PC机接口问题上作了细致的研究,在Visual C++中利用API函数对PC机串行口的操作上作了全面的分析。在软件开发中,用梯度边缘检测算子对螺纹的轮廓边界线进行了提取,并利用最小二乘拟合的方法进行了外螺纹轮廓线的拟合,最终计算出螺纹参数。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces an instrument for auto-measuring parameters of outside screw. The instrument obtains 2-D data of the screw axis profile section by linear matrix CCD through with optical projection and machine driving, and then works out its parameters. The measuring system researched on is combined with optics, mechanics and electronics.This paper includes: principle of the instrument, the application of CCD, high-speed data sampling and storage, serial communication, edge detection of screw image and calculate method of screw parameters. The paper presents a way associated linear matrix CCD with stepper motor to realize high precision measurement. A new way of data sampling is developed in hardware that achieves high-speed data sampling storage without the limitation of CPU speed. The problem of the interface and serial communication between microcontroler and PC is solved by API function in Visual C++. In oftware, the grads operator is used to detect the edge of screw image, and least squares procedure is employed to fit the external screw profile line, finally, geometrical parameters of screw are worked out.
