真丝纤维的盐缩分纤与等离子改性研究

【摘要】 随着科学技术的进步,学科间的联系越来越密切,借助于新的技术手段对真丝纤维进行改性,开发功能型真丝新材料成为丝绸界的一个重要课题。基于这一目的,本论文研究了Ca(NO3)2化学改性法和低温氧等离子体处理法两种改性作用下的真丝纤维的形态、结构和力学性能等特征。 本文采用了透射和全反射两种红外光谱吸收法、激光拉曼光谱法、差示扫描量热法、X射线衍射法等测试手段研究了改性真丝纤维的聚集态结构,采用扫描电子显微镜法研究了改性真丝纤维的微观结构,采用锡酸处理法对丝纤维内部的微孔进行了表征,并对改性后真丝纤维的力学性能作了测试分析。研究结果表明真丝纤维经钙盐处理后,丝纤维产生了溶胀、分纤,纤维内部微孔增多,丝纤维填充能力提高,丝纤维的断裂强力随盐缩时间的延长、盐缩温度的升高而下降。真丝纤维经低温氧等离子处理后,丝纤维表面出现了大量凹坑与剥离,处理后的样品在放置后有复原现象发生。
【Abstract】 With the development of science technology, the relation between subjects becomes tight. The modification upon silk fibers by new technology and to develop functional silk fiber is an important direction in the silk research fields. Chemical treatment in calcium nitrate solution and oxygen plasma treatment are used to modify mulberry silk in the thesis. The morphology, structure and mechanical properties of the silk fiber treated by the above two methods are studied.Test methods such as ATR(attenuated total reflectance), IR transmission method, Raman spectroscopy, DSC(Differential scanning calorimeter), X-ray diffraction are used to investigate the assemble structure of the modified silk materials. And its microstructure is observed by SEM(Scanning Electronic microscopy). Stannic acid is used to characterize the microvoids in the silk fibers and the mechanical properties of modified silk fibers are also tested in the paper. The microvoids in the silk fiber increases and the fibers swell and split so the fill ability of stannic acid increased. The breaking strength decreases with the time and temperature treated in the calcium solution. There appears concave upon the surface of the silk fiber treated by the oxygen plasma and the structure will revert if the treated silk sample placed in the air for a while.
