【摘要】 病毒性肝炎、酒精性肝病、药物性肝病等肝脏疾病已经成为我国乃至世界的多发病，各种肝病都会引起肝细胞的变性、坏死、炎细胞浸润、纤维化等基本病理改变——肝损伤，肝损伤是各种肝病在疾病发展过程中共同的病理环节。对肝损伤的治疗是评价肝病治疗效果的一个重要的方面，因此，研制开发有效治疗肝损伤的药物具有重要的现实意义。 中药复方在治疗肝损伤方面有独特的疗效，寻找中药复方治疗肝损伤的活性成分并在中医理论的指导下对其进行药效、毒理学研究，不但有助于揭示中药复方的组方配伍规律、作用机理，对其安全性做出评价，还能优化制剂工艺，制定规范可靠的质量标准，以利于实现中药复方的安全、有效、可控、稳定。 复方胡黄连抗肝损伤(肝胆湿热型)的活性成分是从复方胡黄连(由胡黄连、白芍组成)中提取、精制而得，其抗肝损伤的活性成分主要是胡黄连总苷和白芍总苷。本课题在理论上阐述了复方胡黄连治疗肝损伤(肝胆湿热型)的病因病机、主治证型、组方原理及作用机理；在实验方面，对复方胡黄连进行了全方和拆方的药效及毒理学实验研究，探讨了其治疗肝损伤的作用机制。结果显示：复方胡黄连用药安全，有保肝、降酶、利胆、抗纤维化等综合作用。有望成为治疗肝损伤的中药新药而造福肝病患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Viraus hepatitis,alcoholic hepatitis,drug hepatitis and other liverdiseases are frequently encountered diseases now in China and in theworld.Especial1y,The morbidity of virus hepatitis is increasing yearby year .All kinds of liver dieases can cause the same pathologicchange which is denaturation and mecrosis of liver cell--- liverlesion.So researching and developing new drug to treating liverlesion is very important.The compound prescription of Chinese medicinal herbs havesignificant therapeutic effect in respect of treating 1iverlesion .Finding the active ingredients in compound prescription andstudying by the method of pharma codynamics and toxicology on theinstruction of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine is moreimportant.This can help to approve the regular rule and effectmechanism of compound prescription, to make the pharmaceutistechnology more better and to make standard,safe,quality criterionwhich can accelerate the mordernized and international steps ofcompound prescription.The effective part in Picrorhiza compositae can treat liver lesion(damp-heat in the liver and gallbladder).It is extracted and refinefrom Picrorhiza and Paeonia.The chemica1 ingredients in thiseffective part are Picroside and Paeoniflorin .This paper elaboratethe symptoms,the etiology and pathogenesis of the liver lesion(damp-heat in the liver and gallbladder).The paper also elaborate thePrinciple of Picrorhiza compositae and the curing mechanisms. Inexperiment,the whole prescription and the single comonent inPicrorhiza compositae have been researched by the measures oftoxicoIogy and pharma codynamics,from which we can see that thelIgRiIop&i%k%WI%l2itxprescription has better effect than single component.Theexperimental conclusions prove that Picrohiza conpositae can lowertransaminase,enhance the excretion of gall,and treat fibrop1asticproliferation in liver.It is possible to be an new type traditionalChinese medicine for treating liver lesion.更多还原
