开关磁阻电机振动的有限元分析与控制研究

【摘要】 本课题结合导师在研项目——国家自然科学基金(59977005)“开关磁阻电动机非线性振动理论及控制策略研究”进行。本文以SR电机振动特性分析和振动抑制为主题开展研究工作,以期促进开关磁阻电动机(SR电机)的推广应用及SR电机振动理论的发展。 本文以有限元分析软件ANSYS为工具,建立了SR电机二维和三维的有限元分析模型,分析计算了SR电机的振动模态,研究了SR电机定子结构对其振动模态的影响,并与实验结果进行了对比分析,表明所建立的二维有限元模型对分析SR电机的振动特性有较好的精度。 基于SR电机的线性模型,分析了“两步换相”法的原理及不足,探讨了对传统“两步换相”法进行改进的方法。 以Intel公司的196KB单片机为控制器设计了SR电机的直接数字控制系统,并将“两步换相”法应用于系统设计中,进行了系统软、硬件的设计和调试,并进行了SR电机“两步换相”法的实验。
【Abstract】 This subject is studied according to advisor’s project "The theory of switched reluctance motor nonlinear vibration and the research of control strategy", which is supported by the National Natural Science Fund. This paper puts emphasis on the research of vibration characteristics and control strategy of SRM, aiming at promoting the further application of SRM and its vibration theory research.This paper constructs 2D and 3D models of SRM and analyzes the vibration model with the finite element analysis software ANSYS, and studies the affect of the stator’s structure on the SRM vibration behavior, the contrast with experimental result implies that the FEA model is close to the real SRM for analyzing the vibration characteristics of it.Based on SRM linear model, the paper studies the theory of "two stage commutation" including its shortcomings. Then a further discuss of developing "two stage commutation" is given.This paper designs the direct digital control system of SRD which uses 196KB single chip as micro controller, and "two stage commutation" is applied into the system. At last, "two stage commutation" experiment is finished.
