辊弯成型工艺研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了辊弯成型产品的特点、国内外冷弯型钢的发展概况、冷弯型钢在汽车行业中的应用情况及其辊弯成型的几种新工艺,即成型辊集中调节的成型机组和柔性冷弯成型机组,并就冷弯型钢再度深加工技术的发展进行了简要评述。 本文对各种冷弯型钢的辊弯成型工艺进行了研究,并确定了在辊弯成型过程中变形区的长度、临界弯曲角及成型孔型内金属压力分布,定性分析了确定弯曲角需要考虑的条件和影响临界弯曲半径的各种因素,并以汽车用的等边槽钢为典型零件进行了工艺分析,采用单张非连续生产方式、定点变径成型法计算了各过渡断面尺寸,利用二次反弯原理确定出成型制度,设计出加工该槽钢各道次所用的孔型。
【Abstract】 The paper presents the features of products manufactured by roll forming , its applications in automotive industries home and oversea and some new techniques of cold roll forming , such as Central Tool Adjustment method and Flexible Cold Forming Mill, and the brief account of cold pressing steel development.The cold roll-forming technology of every kind of cold forming steel is studied in this paper .It determines the length of becoming deform region ,critical bending angle and the metal pressure distributing of rolling form process. The condition is considered to determine the critical bending angle and different factors that influence critical bending radius are obtained by means of qualitative analysis .Takeing a equilateral channel steel of automobile for example,this paper analyzes the technology of its ,uses single discontinuous mode of production and fixed-point method of conversion radius to calculate the sizes of transitional cross sections.The second opposite bending principle is utilized to design every pass that is used to process channel steel.
