【摘要】 随着物流在经济中地位的提高，我国许多城市逐渐认识到合理、有效推动物流发展的重要性。为了实现物流在城市范围内的合理发展和物流中心的合理布局，形成一个高效、畅通、网络化的商品物流体系，许多中心城市已经率先开始进行城市物流的规划。 在整个城市物流系统的规划过程中，物流基础设施的规划是一个非常重要的环节，特别是对地理位置较好的中心城市，大型物流基础设施的统筹规划尤为重要。我国的物流基础设施近年来虽有较大改善，但仍不能适应现代物流发展的需要。因此，加强物流基础设施的规划与建设，尽快形成配套的综合运输网络、完善的仓储配送设施、先进的信息网络平台等，越来越成为现代物流发展的重要物质基础条件。通过规划，可以优化城市产业结构，促使整个城市的功能规划更加明确，并对城市的可持续发展奠定坚实的基础。 我国的物流产业起步较晚，可以说在技术上和经验上都远远低于发达国家，而物流基础设施规划更是近几年内才在国内大中型城市得到发展，国内在这方面的研究和实践都较少，因此借鉴国外的经验对于本文的研究是非常有必要的。 本文从宏观角度出发，针对目前城市物流规划发展的现状，运用物流、物流基础设施以及城市规划的基本理论，结合国内外该领域发展的经验和理论，阐释了物流基础设施规划的基本步骤、内容。同时，运用经济学的方法，针对每一个环节中的难点提出基本的解决方案，并探讨如何建立一套兼有理论指导意义和实践意义的理论和方法。另一方面，本论文在理论研究的基础上，结合笔者在厦门市的调研进行厦门市物流基础设施规划，将理论联系实际，针对厦门市物流基础设施规划面临的问题提出解决办法，并确定规划方案。这对于目前在国内兴起的城市物流规划有一定的实践意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Many cities in our country gradually realize the importance of developing logistics reasonably and effectively along with the better status of logistics. In order to achieve the goals that logistics is developed reasonably and logistics centers are distributed rational in the range of city, many cities have already taken the lead in the programming of logistics of the city.In the process of entire logistics system of the city, logistics infrastructure projection is very important, especially the cities of preferable location. Although the logistics infrastructure has already improved, it still cannot fit the needs of modern logistics. Consequently, reinforcing the programming and construction of logistics infrastructure is becoming the important basic qualification of modern logistics. Programming can optimize the structure of industry, promote the city’s function to be more definite, and establish the stable foundation of sustainable development .The industry of logistics of our country started late, which is inferior to the developed country. Moreover, logistics infrastructure projection has been developed recently in big cities, where research and practice of the area are very limited. So, it is greatly essential to use the overseas experience for reference.In order to explain the basic process and content of the logistics infrastructure projection, the dissertation is based on the microscopic point of view, in connection with the actuality of development of logistics projection, which is combined with the experience and theories inside and outside the country of the area. At the same time, the dissertation applies the economic method and brings forward the solution of difficulty of every last segment, and finally discusses how to establish a series of theories or methods which have leading significance.On the other hand, on the basis of theoretic researches, the dissertation combines the theory with the practice, adopting the investigation at XIAMEN to carry out the logistics infrastructure projection of XIAMEN, and putting forwardthe solutions with which XIAMEN is now confronted.Ultimately, the dissertation will present the programming scheme, which has determinate significance.更多还原
