【摘要】 本文从理论上系统地分析了在市场经济的社会环境中，城市形象建设的社会意义和作用以及影响城市形象的诸要素。文章联系重庆实际，并以主城区为主要研究对象，指出了重庆在城市形象建设中现存的一些问题，提出了改善重庆城市形象的若干思考和建议。 一、关于中国城市形象建设的发展现状及其存在问题。文章首先回顾了近年来国内城市形象理论研究的现状和主要进展，然后着重揭示了当前国内城市形象建设存在的主要问题。 二、关于城市形象建设的社会意义和作用。文章认为良好的城市形象的建立有利于扩大城市的知名度和提高城市的美誉度，有利于本地产品的外销；良好的城市形象建设有利于开展对外交流，有助于城市形象建设与国际接轨：良好的城市形象建设有利于对城外人才的吸纳和资金的引进；良好的城市形象的建立有利于城市经济的迅速发展；良好的城市形象建设归根到底有助于城市的经济振兴及整个社会全面综合的发展。 三、关于城市形象综合评价。文章认为城市形象建设是当今学术界及地方政府管理部门普遍关注的课题，科学地制订城市形象评价指标体系对实施城市社会经济和环境可持续发展战略具有十分重要的意义。文章按“系统综合性”原则，提出了较为完整的城市形象建设评价指标体系，并建立了综合评价的多目标线性加权函数模型，该评价方法具有可操作性和一定的社会推广应用价值。 四、关于城市形象建设总体布局。城市功能定位和空间布局是城市景观物质形 旧 内 容摘要一态和文化内涵在空间上的综合表现，直接决定城市形态和建设用地的发展，影响城市景观的构筑和城市形象的格局。城市景观与生态环境是城市形象直接的外显。而城市公共设施与历史文化遗产则是城市形象建设的基础。文章结合重庆实际情况，并在分析重庆自然格局、生态环境、城市形态及其历史文化的基础上提出若干见解，以期为重庆山城景观风貌的科学布局提供参考和依据。 五、关于城市形象建设的目标、原则和对策。文章结合山城城市建设与综合经济实力，提出重庆城市形象的总体定位及其分阶段实施任务，认为形象建设是一个系统工程，必须遵循七项最基本的原则。同时在确定了明确的城市形象建设目标和基本原则的同时，认为要将主要人力、物力和精力放在落实上；并提出了一些具体的对策措施。 六、关于城市环境保护形象建设。文章分析了重庆环保建设的有利条件，文章在剖析重庆环保建设所存在问题的基础上，提出了重庆环保建设的基本目标的任务。并对应当采取的政策措施提出建议。 七、关于重庆城市市容市貌建设。文章认为市容市貌问题是制约重庆城市形象塑造的重要因素，全面分析了当前重庆市容市貌的现状，提出了市容市貌建设的基本目标，并提出了促进重庆市容市貌建设的几点对策。 八、关于重庆城市园林绿化形象建设。文章阐述了现代绿化城市建设思想，提出重庆现代山水城市生态原则及其建设的实施设想。 九、关于重庆标志性建筑与标志性景观形象的建设。文章较详尽地阐述了山城标志性建筑与标志性景观。强调在标志性建筑中应该体现传统文化内涵，并特别强调从山城整体文化而不仅仅是从传统建筑形象中寻求创意灵感，文章通过分析山城气候特征，人居环境的要求，提出改善重庆景观形象的途径。 十、关于重庆城市灯饰景观形象建设。文章通过对山城地理特征的分析论证，论述了重庆山城夜景的整体规划特点及其夜景照明规划中应注意的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 From view of theory, this paper analyzes the social significance, effects and the factors, which related to city identity building of city identity building, under market economy. Based on reality of Chongqing city, this paper of which object is downtown, lists problems existing in city identity building, and proposes several suggestions to improve Chongqing city identity building.1. This paper looks back on the previous researching on city identity building. Then, opens out problems existing in city identity building.2. Social significance and effects of city identity building. In the author’s opinion, good city identity can make city famous, uplift good fame of city, help native products selling out, do good for inercommunication, attract capital and persons with ability, prove city’s economy, join our city identity with international city identity. In a word, good city identity helps to develop city’s economy and the whole society.3. Comprehensive appraisement of city identity. This paper proposes that our academe and local government should pay more attention to city identity building. So, establish a set of scientific appraisement system is of significance. Based on principles of system and comprehensiveness, the author proposes a set of city identity building appraisement system, and sets up.the multiobject linearity Qfunction , this appraisement is of operative character and applicative value.4. Layout of city identity building. City functional position and special layout are comprehensive embodiment, including matter and culture takes decisive effects in citydevelopment. City sight and environment are appearance of city, the public establishment and historical cultural legacy are the foundation of city identity building. Based on the actuality of Chongqing city and analysis of natural layout of Chongqing city, environment, and historical culture, the paper proposes several views aiming to provide the references for scientific layout of mountain city, Chongqing.5. Goal, principles, and countermeasures of city identity building. Based on the construction of mountain city and economy strength, this paper puts forward the position and grading duty, of Chongqing city identity building. Identity building is a systematic project, which should follow seven basic principles. For city identity building, we should put manpower, material resources into effect.6. City identity building about environment protection. The paper analyzes advantages of Chongqing city identity building about environment protection. Based on the analysis of problems in Chongqing environment protection, the author proposes correspond solution.7. Visage building of Chongqing city. City visage is the restrictive factor of Chongqing city identity building. After analyzing the actuality of visage of Chongqing city, the author puts forward the basic goal of Chongqing visage building, and correspond solution.8. Chongqing city identity building about virescence and gardening. First, the author sets forth the thoughts on modern city’s virescence, then proposes the zoology principles and conceivableness for modern Chongqing city with characteristics of mountain and river.9. Building of sample architecture and sample sight. This paper amplifies the city’s sample architecture and sight, which should embody on traditional culture. Then, puts forward approaches to improve identity of Chongqing sight.10. light -sight identity building of Chongqing city.
