【摘要】 本文以案例形式编写，主体部分包括案例描述和案例分析。 案例描述部分，介绍了国民淀粉有限公司在中国的业务经营状况，以及伴随业务增长所产生的后勤运作管理问题。 在案例分析部分，首先对国民淀粉广东工厂存在的问题进行了分析，解述实施MRPⅡ的必要性；接着对MRPⅡ原理进行了简单的介绍；然后，对国民淀粉公司在实施MRPⅡ系统过程中的系统选型、实施过程及实施绩效评估进行了详细的介绍和分析。 本文重点集中在后勤运作中比较关键的流程，即生产计划、库存管理、销售订单处理、采购订单处理的分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis is written in form of case study. The main body of the thesis is composed of the case description and the case analysis part.In the case description part, business operations status of National Starch & Chemical Ltd in China, and logistics issues accompanying with the business growth, are presented.Analysis of issues confronted by National Starch & Chemical is introduced in the beginning of the case analysis part, and to solve these problems through MRP II implementation is provided. Following the problem analysis, there is a brief introduction to the MRP II basic principles, which is followed by the system model selection, software selection and the implementation and assessment of the implementation of MRP II.The thesis focuses on analysis of production planning, inventory management, sales order processing and purchasing order processing, which are key to the logistics management.更多还原
