基于电子商务的供应链管理研究

【摘要】 随着信息技术的高速发展以及消费者需求个性化的增加,当今世界已经进入了以计算机和信息为特征的信息时代,传统的企业组织与管理模式越来越不能适应激烈的市场竞争。在信息时代的商业模式中,企业之间的竞争不再是来自生产优化或是价格体制,而是来自整个供应链管理的各个方面。 电子商务的发展对供应链中的信息流通方式带来一场革命。企业实现电子商务供应链管理的目的是将供应链中的从原材料采购到成品的销售等商务活动的全部过程实现一体化的网络信息传输和信息处理,提高生产和管理效率,降低供应链成本,达到企业利益的最大化。 本文对电子商务和企业供应链管理基本概念进行了综述,对电子商务供应链体系结构进行了研究,探讨了基于合作预测的库存管理思想,分析了利用JSP和XML相结合的技术开发供应链管理系统的可能性和必要性,并在此基础上设计了一个基于JSP/XML的供应链信息系统解决方案。最后,论文介绍了作者设计与开发的一个基于JSP/XML的网上订单管理系统。 在供应链体系结构设计方面,论文介绍了几种典型的供应链体系结构参考模型及各自存在的问题,分析了基于产品特性的供应链设计策略以及供应链体系结构设计原则,并对电子商务供应链体系结构模型进行了研究。 论文对传统供应链中,需求放大现象产生的原因进行可详细的分析,论述了电子商务环境下,供应链各节点企业通过信息共享,采取合作的方式共同维持一个消费需求预测系统的必要,提出了基于合作预测的供应链业务过程框架,建立了供应链需求预测的合作预测模型。论文分析了现行库存管理技术弊端,具体研究了基于合作预测的库存控制策略。 论文分析了传统EDI实施供应链存在的不足,并在此基础上,探讨了利用JSP和XML相结合的技术开发供应链信息系统的可能性和必要性,设计了一个基于JSP/XML的供应链信息系统解决方案,论述了在供应链信息系统中如何解析XML文档、如何在两个不同数据存储的应用程序之间转换XML文档以及如何约束与验证XML文档,并对供应链信息系统的集成进行了研究。论文最后介绍了一个基于JSP/XML的网上订单处理系统,阐述了该系统的功 武汉理工大学硕士学位论文能、软件体系结构以及系统数据库的设计。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of information technology and the enhancement of consumers’ requirement, the world has entered a great new era of information and computer. The traditional pattern of organizing and managing an enterprise cannot adapt to market competition any more. Under the new pattern based on information technology, competition between enterprises is not from optimizing manufacture or price system, but comes from the whole of supply chain management.The development of EC (Electronic Commerce) has greatly improved information transmission in supply chain. The purpose that an enterprise implements supply chain management by EC is to enhance its productivity and efficiency by integrated network information processing, so as to maximize its benefit.On the basis of summarize of basic concept of EC and supply chain management, the paper lucubrates the architecture of supply chain, and discusses the collaborative forecasting ideology, and analyses the feasibility and essentiality to develop supply chain management system using JSP and XML, and designs an information system based on JSP/XML. The paper also takes an order managing system as an example to explain how to develop information system using JSP/XML.As far as the architecture of supply chain is concerned, the paper introduces two typical reference models and their deficiency, does some research on the designing principle of the architecture of supply chain, analyses the characteristic of supply chain in the EC era, and proposes an architecture model of supply chain based on EC.Through presenting the reasons that cause amplified requirement in traditional supply chain, the paper elaborates the significance to keep collectively a requirement forecasting system by sharing information, and putsforward a collaborative forecasting operation frame, and founds an inventory control strategy about collaborative forecasting.The paper expatiates the disadvantage of using traditional EDI and the advantage of using Internet and XML to exchange systems’ data. By discussing the feasibility and essentiality to develop supply chain information system using JSP and XML, the paper designs an information system based on JSP/XML for supply chain, and expounds how to parse, transform, restrict, and validate XML document, and how to integrate information system. In the end, the paper studies and demonstrates an order management system and describes its function, software architecture and its database design.
