ITS中交通信息系统的理论技术及其应用研究

【摘要】 智能运输系统(ITS,Intelligent Transportation Systems)是在当代科学技术充分发展进步的背景下产生的,旨在将先进的计算机技术、通信技术、现代控制技术运用于交通运输中,协助人们作出最佳的抉择,驾驶最佳的车辆,控制最佳的路网交通。ITS涉及到交通运输的很多领域,有些已经开始应用,有些还处于研究和发展之中,ITS的主要功能是通过改善交通系统的运行,达到提高效率,保障安全,节约能源和保护环境的目的。 近一个世纪来,世界经济快速增长,汽车数量急剧增加,导致现有道路远远不能满足经济发展的需要,交通状况日益恶化。为解决交通拥塞问题。一些发达国家大兴土木,修建了大量的道路。由于多方面的原因,道路里程的增长速度等往往落后于汽车数量增长的速度。交通拥挤问题仍然十分严重。实践证明,单纯依靠扩建公路解决交通拥挤,不但不可行,而且耗资巨大。在建成合理交通道路网络的基础上,运用ITS技术提高交通能力才是最佳途径。 在ITS中,信息将至关重要,它是ITS向出行者服务的内容,交通信息系统(ATIS-Advanced traffic Information Systems)因而也就成为ITS的一个重要组成部分。ITS以人为中心,因此为交通信息使用者提供最佳的服务是交通信息系统追求的目标。ATIS不仅是智能运输系统的一个重要组成部分,同时也是社会信息化的一个部分。ATIS的研究和应用将具有极其重要的意义,它使得交通信息的获取变得更加容易,使得人们的出行更加灵活、方便,有计划性,推动了社会信息化的发展。 ITS作为一种地面交通系统,需要处理大量地理空间数据,只有合理地组织,管理好交通地理数据,才能保证高效的交通流诱导。因此目前有人提出了交通地理信息系统(TGIS)的概念,将GIS引入到ITS中,充分利用GIS强大的地理数据处理功能,完成ITS中的电子地图制作显示,地理数据管理、路径导航等。 本论文简要地论述了ITS的基本组成及其关键技术,详细地探讨了先进的交通信息的基本理论,研究并提出了适合中国交通实际的交通信息系统的基本框架,交通信息所关联的基本技术以及推进我国城市交通信息化的对策和措施。简要地探讨了城市交通信息查询服务系统的开发方案及相关技术, 武汉理工大学硕士学位论文包括城市交通信息系统的基本功能、基本组成、电子地图的制作以及系统的实现手段等,并就最短路径算法进行了深入的探讨。

【Abstract】 Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) is the application of computer, communication, and control technologies to help drivers and operators make smart decisions while driving smart vehicles or controlling traffic on smart road networks. It bases on the modern advanced science and technology. ITS covers a wide range of transportation systems, some of which have been implemented for many years while others are just getting deployed or are still under research and development for future application. The main function of ITS is to improve transportation system operation, which in turn support the transportation objectives of increasing efficiency, safety, energy saving and environmental quality.In the recent century, the world vehicle number increased rapidly while the world economy grew. The available roads no longer meet the economy development. The traffic status became worse and worse. Some developed country began to build more roads in order to solve the traffic problem. But it’s proved that this is not the good way to solve the problem, the best way is using the ITS technology to do the work on the premise of appropriate road networks.As the content of the ITS service to travelers, information is very important. Therefore Advance traveler Information Systems (ATIS) becomes a very important part of ITS. ITS keeps the human at the center, striving to offer the best service is the objective of ATIS. ATIS is not only a part of ITS, but also an important part of information society. The research and implement of ATIS is of great significance. ATIS makes the traffic information more accessible, the travel more alternative and convenient, and advances the information society development.ITS is a road transportation system. It needs many geographical special data, which ensures efficient traffic guidance. And transportation Geographical Information Systems (TGIS) emerges which makes GIS as a part of ITS to orange and manage the geographical data, create electronic map.This dissertation gives series introductions to ITS includes the configuration and the key technology, discusses the theory of ATIS in detail first, then discusses the Chinese ATIS configuration and related technology. At last, it gives an approach tothe city transportation information query system which includes the function, basic constitutes, electronic map making and available method, and discusses the shortest path algorithm deeply.
