【摘要】 虽然我国已经加入了世界贸易组织，但是我国的知识产权保护意识还很淡薄，这既会妨碍我国引进国外的先进技术，又会使我国的知识产权得不到保护。知识产权孕育和催生了知识经济，知识经济中最重要的资源是知识，而对知识直接予以保护和管理的法律是知识产权法，高度组织的、系统化的知识创造、应用和管理体系是知识经济时代最基本的要求。据此，本文立足于我国的知识产权保护状态，考察了知识产权的国际保护态势，分析了知识产权保护的哲学依据，并提出了我国的知识产权保护的方法论策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 While our country has entered WTO(World Trade Organization), our consciousness of intellectual property protection is indifferent. It not only obstructs introducing into modern technology but also can’t protect our intellectual property well. Intellectual property is the foundation of knowledge economy and knowledge is the most important resource of knowledge economy. Intellectual property law is the law which directly protects and manages knowledge. It is the base requirement to build highly organized and systematized knowledge creating and application and management system in the knowledge economy age. So based on the protection state of our intellectual property, the article reviews the international protection status and analyzes the philosophical foundation of intellectual property protection. And the article brings forward the strategy of methodology to protect our intellectual property.更多还原
