预应力在高耸结构上的应用研究

【摘要】 随着我国社会和经济的进步,目前我国电视、通讯事业正呈蓬勃发展之势,高耸构筑物在我国的应用呈现出前所未有的势头。随着电视塔等高耸构筑物的建设正朝着大型、多功能的方向发展,预应力技术因为其自身的优点在高耸塔筒的设计中得到了越来越广泛的应用。由于我国现行的国家标准《高耸结构设计规范》(GBJl35-90)是在20世纪80年代末根据以前的工程实践经验制定而成的,远远满足不了当前高耸结构设计中的需要,特别是在混凝土塔筒一章中还没有预应力技术设计的条文规定。正是在这种背景下,高耸结构设计新的国家标准的制定正在全面展开。 本文结合预应力混凝土塔筒在工程实际中的应用,主要针对以下几个问题进行了研究,希望对新规范的修编起到一定的作用。 首先,对高耸构筑物在世界范围内的应用发展进行了总结,以及预应力技术应用于高耸构筑物的优势,并根据归纳的结果,指出预应力结构是混凝土高耸构筑物的发展趋势。 其次,针对高耸规范混凝土塔筒一章中增加预应力后,塔筒计算公式发生的变化,本文对预应力混凝土塔筒在承载能力极限状态和正常使用极限状态下的计算公式进行推导。 第三,为了便于预应力混凝土塔筒截面刚度的计算,本文对塔筒截面刚度降低系数与截面预应力度的关系进行了研究,并根据不同预应力度下的截面刚度降低系数,归纳总结出一种简单的刚度降低系数计算方法。 最后,利用本论文的研究成果,对普通混凝土电视塔和预应力电视塔进行实例分析,验证了本文建立的塔筒计算公式和刚度降低系数计算公式的可靠性。
【Abstract】 At present, with the development of our society and economy, television and communication system has made a rapid progress in our country. Along with the construction of high-rising buildings such as TV towers is turning into the tendency characterized with large scales and multi-functions, the prestress technology is applied widely in the design of high-rising buildings because of their advantages. Since the current national standard , ((the standard of high-rising structure design)} ( GBJ135-90), was established at the end of 1980’s according to the past engineering experience, it can not meet with the demand for the high-rising structure design. Especially there are no articles which deal with the design of prestress technology in the chapter of concrete tower drum. Just under this kind of background, new national standard of high-rising structure design is being set up.Referring the application of prestressed concrete tower drum in practice, this paper primarily focuses on a few problems mentioned below and the author hopes to offer some contribution to the revision of the new norm.Firstly, the paper sums up the application and development of high-rising buildings, and the advantages of prestressed concrete using in high-rising structures. Based on the conclusion, the author points out that the prestressed concrete structure would be the tendency in high-rising buildings.Secondly, according to the change of calculation formula when prestress were added to the chapter of concrete tower drum, the paper has given the calculation formulas of prestressed concrete tower drum in limited states of carrying capacity and normal serviceability.Thirdly, for the sake of convenience for calculating the section stiffness of prestressed concrete tower drum, this paper interprets the relationship between the stiffness dropping-coefficient of prestressed concrete tower drum cross and prestress degree. Based on the cross stiffness coefficient under different prestress, a brief method for calculating the stiffness dropping-coefficient is presented in this paper.Finally, with the research results, the author analyzes the two TV tower drums: the normal concrete tower and the presrtressed concrete tower. At the same time, the calculation reliability of prestressed concrete tower drum and dropping-coefficient of stiffness established in this paper has been proved.
