液压CAD图纸信息化辅助系统

【摘要】 本论文是在邢志伟的液压集成块孔道校核软件系统的基础上,进行了AutoCAD图纸输出方式二次开发的深入研究。图纸输出辅助系统基于AutoCADR14开发平台,采用了功能强大的面向对象的AutoCAD二次开发工具ObjectARX,以Microsoft公司的集成开发环境Visual C++6.0作为前台的主要开发平台。 图纸输出辅助系统按照国家最新标准设计的,由交互式形位公差自动查询标注、表面粗糙度的准确标注、工程技术要求及明细栏的自动生成四个功能子系统组成,加工余量公差查询模块起辅助作用。 标注形位公差采用了ADO(ActiveX Data Object)数据访问技术,作者在深入研究ObiectARX接口与数据库的互连机制基础上,实现符合我国机械设计习惯和国标规定的形位公差自动查询标注。 根据粗糙度符号的标注原则,确定了标注粗糙度符号所需的关键角,同时在AutoCAD图形块技术的基础上,利用AutoCAD中图块和图块属性的特点,实现了表面粗糙度的准确标注。 针对工程图技术要求标注问题,利用开放式数据库连接(ODBC)编程来连接AutoCAD内部图形库和外部数据库,设计了适用面更广的工程技术要求自动生成器。 为了改善繁琐的明细栏标注,使用面向对象技术,开发了高效可靠的明细栏自动生成系统。 为了提高设计质量,保证工艺文件的一致性、规范性,开发了锻件机械加工余量公差查询辅助功能。 论文综合应用CAD技术、数据库技术、ObjectARX技术及Windows程序设计等技术完善开发了图纸输出辅助系统。系统性能稳定,用户界面友好,操作直观简便。

【Abstract】 Under the background of a CAD system for the manifold block by Xing ZhiWei, the dissertation has mainly researched the customization development technology of AutoCAD in engineering drawing generation. The software is based on the operating system of Windows 98 and developed with AutoCAD Runtime extension (ObjectARX) under Visual C++6.0.Complied with national standards, the assistance system in engineering drawing generation includes four subsystems, which are an interactive geometrical tolerances auto-inquiry and marking subsystem, an accurate surface roughness marking subsystem, an automatic engineering technology requirement generation subsystem, an automatic specification generation subsystem. It also includes an assistant module of machining allowance auto-inquiry.With the interlinking way of ObjectARX with database reached deeply by ADO technology, it is made possible that geometrical tolerances are marked automatically to comply with de-sign customs and national standards.According to the marking principles of the surface roughness, the key angle is calculated that is necessary to marking surface roughness accurately. Based on the concept of drawing block and its attributes, the surface roughness can be marked accurately in AutoCAD.By using ODBC SDK to connect CAD internal graphic library and external database, an automatic engineering technology requirement generation subsystem is developed.To improve the efficiency of marking specification, an automatic specification generation subsystem are built by object-oriented technology.In order to improve the quality of designing and guaranty the craft paper conformity, the assistant module of machining allowance auto-inquiry is developed.By means of CAD technique, database technique, ObjectARX technique and programming for Windows technique ect, a assistance system in engineering drawing generation has been developed. It has a friendly and convenient user interface.
