【摘要】 节能保温是当今建筑市场的主题。国务院和建设部也已经明文规定要节能50%并最终取缔红砖,因此需要有新的墙体材料和保温方式。本文针对这点做了以下几个方面的内容: 首先对于CL5.0的轻集料混凝土基本性能进行了实验。研究结果表明CL5.0的砂轻混凝土保温性能良好,导热系数在湿润状态下可以达到0.697W/m·℃,同时由于掺加50%的粉煤灰替代水泥,也具有良好的经济效益和社会效益;另外在实验室条件下研制了粉煤灰造壳陶粒,并对其基本性能进行了研究。 其次对于轻集料混凝土的配合比提出了一种新的设计方法并进行了实验验证。研究结果表明轻集料混凝土的设计宜采用松散体积法,其基本的参数为砂率Sp,胶容比C/ph和单位用水量或称固定用水量W,并总结出轻集料混凝土的准用水量为160Kg/m3-左右,集灰比n则大致取为3.45;同时在推导砂率Sp的过程中引入了密实系数es。 最后本文还研究了掺加粉煤灰和陶粒的聚氨酯塑料泡沫的各种物理性能。研究结果表明其抗压强度可以达到0.1~0.15Mpa,甚至更高,其发泡工艺受发泡条件的影响比较显著,掺加陶粒和粉煤灰后发泡量相对要变小,不助燃,火焰离开后自动熄灭。
【Abstract】 Saving energy and conserving energy is becoming the main title in building market. Our country has proposed to save 50% energy and ban the use of brick. So new building materials and method of conserving energy need to be developed. This article is focused on low strength lightweight aggregate concrete. The main ideas are as follow.Firstly, the basic properties of CL5. 0 lightweight aggregate concrete are tested and it is emphasized to the heat preservation. The results of experiments show that CL5. 0 lightweight aggregate concrete have good property of heat preservation and its coefficient of heat conductivity is 0.697 W/m C under humid conditions. For 50% cement is replaced by fly ash, there is good economic and society benefit. The ceramsite of fly ash hull is developed and the basic properties are tested.Secondly, a new design method is proposed to the mix ratio design of lightweight aggregate concrete and given experimental test. The results show the design method of lightweight aggregate concrete is best adopted by loose volume method and the basic coefficients are sand-aggregate ratio SP, glue-capacity ratio C/ P hand unit water consumption W. Some conclusions are drawn which are that unit water consumption is about 160 Kg/m1 and aggregate-cement ratio n is about 3.45. Also a new term -filler coefficient e8 is derived during deducing sang-aggregate ratio.Lastly the properties of rigid polyurethane foams dashed with fly ash and ceramsite are tested and the results show that the strength of rigid polyurethane foams can be up to 0. 15 MPa , or even higher. The sparkling quantity is influenced badly by sparkling technology.
