新型CO2-PSA吸附剂的研制与应用研究

【摘要】 本实验采用单柱动态评价装置对吸附剂在N2—CO2混合气中的CO2吸附性能进行评价。 实验主要以吸附剂的可逆吸附量、解吸成本和吸附量压力弹性作为评价指标,对CO2在改性后的13X分子筛、丝光沸石、煤基活性炭、果壳基活性炭和颗粒状的活性炭纤维的吸附性能进行研究。 本实验采用水热交换法对13X分子筛和丝光沸石进行离子交换。采用浸渍法对煤基活性炭和果壳基活性炭进行改性。采用酚醛树脂和丙烯酸树脂作黏合剂对活性炭纤维进行成型研究。 研究得出0.3mol/L的溶液离子交换效果最优。改性后的活性炭表面形成特殊的吸附中心,经过对CO2+、Mg2+、Cu2+改性的活性炭吸附剂的研究,我们得出Cu2+改性的果壳基活性炭具有很好的对二氧化碳的吸附可逆行,而且可逆吸附量受压力变化的影响在一定压力时十分明显。对以丙烯酸树脂作黏合剂混合有85%果壳基活性炭成型的活性炭纤维吸附剂研究,得出其解吸性能十分优良。

【Abstract】 The CO, adsorption properties of adsorbents in N2-CO2 mixture has been studied using single-column kinetic evaluation apparatus in this experiment.This experiment investigates adsorption performance of CO2 on modified 13X molecular sieve, mordenite, coal-based activated carbon, nutshell-based activated carbon, granule activated carbon fibers by reversible adsorption capacity, desorption cost, adsorption capacity elasticity of pressure.13X, mordenite, coal-based activated carbon and nutshell-based activated carbon are modified by the method of hydrothermal ion exchange and immersion. Activated carbon fibers are molded by adopting hydroxybenzene aldehyde resin and crylic acid resin.0. 3mol/L is the best optimal ion consistence. Surface of modified activated carbon make special center of adsorption. By researching activated carbon modified by Ca2+ Mg2+ Cu2+ We arrive at a conclusion that nutshell-based activated carbon modified by Cu2+ have good adsorptive reversibility for carbon dioxide. Moreover reversible adsorption capacity influenced by pressure is remarkable in a certain range so .Activated carbon fibers including 85% nutshell-based activated carbon molded by crylic acid resin have very excellent desorpton performance.
