麻花钻钻尖的重刃磨技术及计算机仿真

【摘要】 本文在对麻花钻刃磨的国内外研究现状进行综述的基础上,分析了影响钻尖磨损的主要因素,建立了重刃磨的理论和数学依据。根据钻尖的刃磨原理,建立了基于钻尖几何形状的数学模型,并对模型进行分析求解,计算出各刃磨参数的值,并确定了刃磨参数对几何参数的影响以及刃磨参数的优化。同时利用面向对象的快速开发工具C++Builder和关系数据库管理系统Acess编制了相应的软件,完成了对刃磨参数的求解和优化,并建立了相应的数据库。基于该模型和Matlab软件平台,利用参数化建模仿真出钻尖后刀面,然后从中获取后刀面相关参数的数值,利用三维造型软件完成了对整个麻花钻钻尖的仿真。

【Abstract】 In this paper,both the analysis of repeat drill and foundtion of repeat Drill and math have been investigated based on the research achievement of the repeating sharpening of twist drill at home and abroad. math model based on sharpening theory of drill have been founed and analyzed. Then corresponding soft have been made by using rapid application development-C++Builder and relative database management system soft-acess . The drill parameter have been calculated and optimized and database also have been founded. drill tine rear has been emulated base on model and matlab soft by using parametrization modelization. According to these data ,drill tine have been emulated by using tridimensional modelization soft.
