新型干法水泥项目的技术优化和创新

【摘要】 本文通过对我国水泥工业现状分析,提出了新型干法水泥是改变我国水泥工业落后状态的唯一途径,新型干法水泥技术的优化和创新是发展新型干法水泥的有手段,新型干法水泥优化和创新的关键在于装备的国产化开发和项目的设计优化,新型干法水泥优化和创新的基础在于建立和完善有针对性的项目评价体系、原燃材料测试研究分析体系和生产线专业化装备的研究评价体系,实现项目全过程的科学规划体系。通过比较分析和研究提出了在新型干法水泥生产线的优化和创新过程中必须充分注意研究项目投资和技术水平的矛盾、优良设计指标和较低的运行指标间的差异以及低投资和高运行成本间的矛盾等多方面的问题。并在此基础上提出:在目前的技术条件下,3200TPD级的生产装置和5500TPD生产装置的优化配置,并对其生料磨系统和烧成系统进行了技术优化和创新。

【Abstract】 This article, by analyzing the existing status of our national cement industry, puts forward that new dry process cement is the only way to change the outdated status of our cement industry; the optimization and innovation of new dry process cement technology is an efficient method of its development; the key to optimization and innovation is to develop localization of equipment and optimize design of the project; the base of optimization and innovation is to set up and perfect aimed assessment , system of the project, test and analysis system of raw material and fuel and research and assessment system of equipment specialization of production line , and to achieve the scientific program system of whole project process. The article, by comparison, analysis and research, also points out that in the process of optimization and innovation, many versatile problems should be paid full attention and studied such as the contradiction between project investment and technology level, the difference between superior design index and lower operation index and the contradiction between low investment and high running cost. The thesis also raises that 3200TPD and 5500TPD production facilities are optimized and configured under the present technology condition, and raw mill system and burning system are made technology optimization and innovation.
