【摘要】 科研机构与高技术企业之间存在的严重界面障碍是制约我国科技成果成功转化 和高技术产业化的重要因素。本文运用国外近年发展起来的界面管理理论对我国高 技术企业与科研机构之间的界面问题进行了深入的分析和探讨，全文共分四章。第 一章分别介绍了科研机构与高技术企业的特点和管理创新趋势，然后分析了双方参 与合作的内在动机和必要性；第二章在对国内外关于界面障碍的理论进行综合评述 的基础上，分析了我国高技术企业与科研机构间的界面障碍及其成因，并提出了界 面管理的重要性；第三章指出有效的知识传递是克服高技术企业与科研机构间界面 障碍的重要方法，并从知识传递的角度论述了科研机构与高技术企业界面管理中的 技术交易、技术资本化和人才流动，以及克服界面障碍的对策；第四章在分析中外 科研机构与高技术企业界面管理的系统模式基础上，运用系统论、生态学理论结合 界面管理理论提出了高技术生态系统模型，并运用此模型对中关村的高技术系统发 展进行了实证分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 The interface barriers between scientific research institutions (SRIs) and high-tech enterprises (HTEs) are the critical factors that seriously hinder the commercialization of technological achievements and high-tech industrialization. This thesis applies the theory of interface management expanded abroad in recent years to make a thorough analysis of SRI-HTE interface management. In the first part,it proceeds with comparing features of high-tech enterprises with that of scientific research institutions and distinguishing motives and necessity of collaboration within these two partners. In the second part,after reviewing various comments on interface barriers at home and abroad,the author analyzes the causes of interface barriers between HTEs and SRIs in our country and point out the importance of interface management. And then this thesis proposes that knowledge transfer is an important approach to resolve the interface complex. In the third part,deal and capitalization of technology are discussed as well as talents flowing from the view of knowledge transfer and various countermeasures of management practice are put forward. Finally,the author builds up a theoretical model of High-Tech Ecosystems by applying concepts and thinking way in biological research and systematic theory,based on analysis of systematic HTEs-SRIs interface management strategies and employs this model to the case study of Zhongguancun.更多还原
