【摘要】 我国高技术企业发展的桎梏之一就是资金困难。筹集资金已成为高技术企业家们的头等大事。然而，作为社会资金融通主体的金融机构却没有将大量资金投入到高技术领域以支持我国高技术产业发展。那么，制约高技术企业与金融机构相互结合的原因是什么呢?本文从界面管理的角度，对高技术企业与金融机构界面障碍产生的原因进行了详细分析，与通常只从高技术企业和金融机构自身缺陷的角度进行分析不同，本文重点从双方彼此信息沟通与整合的角度进行了原因分析。为了有效解决两者之间的界面障碍，本文运用系统方法从高技术企业与金融机构组织管理模式和自组织机制两个方面提出了界面管理的实施对策。最后，本文对高技术企业与金融机构界面管理模式进行了总体设计，提出了建立“倒梯形风险资本市场”体系的构想，供政府有关部门决策参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, the deficiency of fund has become one of main barriers of the development of high-tech enterprises in our country. It has been the most important thing for entrepreneurs of high-tech enterprises to raise money. However, as the main body of public fund operation, finance companies haven’t invested a large quantity of fund into high-tech field for supporting the development of high-tech industry. In that case, what hinder the mutual combination of high-tech enterprises and fiance companies? From the angle of interface management, the thesis makes a specific analysis on the reasons that caused the interface barriers between high-tech enterprises and fiance companies. Different from the common reaserches which always analyze the reasons from the self-defects of high-tech enterprises and fiance companies in our country, the thesis put stress on the angle of mutual communication and combination between high-tech enterprises and fiance companies to analyze the reasons. In order to solve it effectively, systemative method proposed by this thesis, from two aspects of organization management module of high-tech enterprises and fiance companies and self-organization management system will be applied to present a set of detailed practical procedures of interface management. Finally, the thesis make a design in general applied in interface management between high-tech enterprises and fiance companies, and present a proposition to establish an "upside trapezoid venture capital market" system for related government agents’ reference.更多还原
