【摘要】 外贸企业是随着我国对外开放的逐步深入和国际贸易的日益频繁逐渐发展起来的一种组织形式，无论从创汇还是从对国民经济的贡献，外贸企业在我国经济领域都扮演着重要的角色。随着世界经济的全球化发展，我国对外贸易管理体制的变化，及中国正式加入世界贸易组织，外贸企业生存的外部环境正在发生急剧的变化，这些外在变化并没有使这一组织的作用减弱甚至消亡，许多外贸企业在应对外部变化时进行的细织结构和管理模式调整赋予了这一组织形式以新的内涵。 全文以“外贸企业的组织结构和管理模式研究”立题，贯穿“提出问题——外部环境变化分析—外贸企业形成的理论探研—国外外贸企业发展借鉴—我国外贸企业组织结构和管理模式研究—我国外贸企业组织结构和管理模式的变革”这条主线。 借助交易费用理论研究了外贸企业的形成机制，从发达国家外贸企业的先产品后市场和日韩综合商社的先市场后产品发展模式，重新界定了我国的外贸企业，提出了外贸企业的三种发展模式—专业性外贸企业、综合商社型外贸企业和跨国公司型外贸企业，分析了三种模式的组织结构和管理特性。最后，区分业务主导、衍生型和投资主导分析了未来外贸企业发展的不同战略，及其对应的组织结构和管理模式演变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Foreign trade enterprise is an organization structure that is developed gradually when China takes opening reform actively and the foreign-trade is more and more boom. No matter the gaining from foreign exchange or contributions on national income, Foreign-trade enterprises act a more important role. By the globe development of the International economy, the changing of management system in china and joining WTO formally, the external environment that foreign trade enterprises survive is changed tremendously. These external changes do not lower the function of this organization, instead, many foreign trade enterprise adjust their organization structures and management modes when they cope with the external changes that give this organization structure a new connotation.This article entitles " the research on organization structure and management mode of foreign trade enterprise". After discuss the development mode in developed country (which is production first and then market) and General Trading in Japan (which is market first and then production), the author give a new connotative definition about foreign trade enterprises and bring forward three developing forms which are professional mode, General Trading mode and N/fNC mode and then analyze their organization structures and management characteristics. Finally, this article analyzes the different developed stratagems of foreign trade enterprises in the future and the evolvement of their corresponding organization structures and management modes that are the commerce first or the investment first or between the two.更多还原
