微波镜频抑制混频器的研究

【摘要】 随着微波技术的发展,现代雷达、通信等微波系统对微波混频器的要求越来越高。尤其是随着“低噪声放大器——混频器——中频放大器”这种低噪声微波接收机模型的广泛使用,对镜频干扰的抑制已逐渐成为整机低噪声、抗干扰的最后难题。微波镜频抑制混频器能够在宽带,低中频情况下实现良好的镜频抑制功能,并且大大减少了接收机的体积,在当前微波领域非常具有发展前景。 本文介绍了混频二极管、微波混频器的工作原理,主要参数;分析了微波混频器的各种电路形式,参数的测量方法;对镜频抑制混频器电路的设计进行了详细的论述,并利用Ansoft公司的Serenade8.5软件优化并实际制作出X波段镜频抑制混频器。经过测试,性能良好,且实测结果与软件优化结果基本一致。这足以说明所选电路结构的合理性和Serenade8.5软件指导微波电路设计的有效性。

【Abstract】 With the repaid development of microwave technology, the requirement of performance on microwave mixer by microwave systems such as modern radar and communications become higher and higher . Especially , with the wide use of the low noise microwave receiver model of "low noise amplifier - mixer - intermediate frequency amplifier" , the rejection to image frequency interference has become the last problem how to make the whole receiver’s noise low and resist interference. Microwave image frequency rejection mixer can achieve wonderful image frequency rejection even in the condition of wide band and low intermediate frequency.and it makes receiver very small. It will be very useful tomorrow.This paper describe mixer diode , microwave mixer’s operational principle , some main parameters ; analyse various types of circuit framework of microwave mixer and how to measure its parameters . Then the problem of how to design a image frequency rejection mixer is analysed in-depth . At last, by the aid of Ansoft corporation Serenade 8.5 software , we design and fabricate a X band image frequency rejection mixer . When tested , it give good performance . We find practical test results are in accord with the results optimized by software , which prove that the circuit framework choosed is right , and the software of Serenade 8.5 is useful in designs of microwave circuits .
