基于特征的汽车零件CAPP研究

【摘要】 本文是对作者研究开发的基于特征的汽车零件计算机辅助机加工工艺设计系统HFMCAPP的工作总结。在分析了机加工工艺设计的原理和特点的基础上,结合企业生产实际,确定了系统的总体结构和各模块功能。接着,本文着重阐述了系统的一些主要问题和相关技术,包括基于特征的零件信息模型建立,特征建模的面向对象实现;工艺数据库的规划与设计,工艺手册和工艺师两个工艺设计辅助工具的开发;工艺设计模块的三个关键技术—模板技术、工序图形绘制技术和工序卡片生成与打印技术。最后,本文以汽车半轴为例给出了应用HFMCAPP系统的工艺设计过程。

【Abstract】 This paper makes a summary of the development of HFMCAPP system,a feature-based computer-aided process planning (CAPP) system for automobile parts . Analyzing the principles and specialties of machining process planning and considering the environment of enterprise ,the system framework and corresponding modules are presented. Then,it illustrates some important problems and technologies,including the information modeling of part,object-oriented designing of feature modeling,the layout and designing of process database,the development of two process designing tools - process dictionary and technician ,the implementing of three key technologies in process designing module-template technology,drawing technology of process drawings ,generating and printing technology of process card ,etc. Finally,an example of process planning using HFMCAPP system for half-shaft part is given.
