端面摩擦磨损试验在线检测系统的研究

【摘要】 摩擦磨损现象广泛存在于我们的日常生活中,所以摩擦学研究对国民经济具有十分重要的意义。在理论知识的指导下,进行摩擦学试验是摩擦学研究的一个基本途径。随着计算机技术的飞速发展,自动化测试技术也日趋成熟,将其应用于摩擦磨损试验系统已成为摩擦学试验技术研究的一个重要内容。本文正是在应用计算机辅助摩擦磨损试验的基础上,结合智能仪器对端面摩擦磨损试验在线检测技术进行研究。并利用VC++6.0编制的软件以及相应的硬件设备实现了试验数据的实时采集、分析处理、输出等功能,可方便地对试验作出实时、量化的评估。本研究从根本上改变了传统摩擦学试验不能体现摩擦学的系统性和时变性的缺点,由于其良好频率响应性能,满足了摩擦学试验的实时要求,保证了试验结果的准确性。摩擦磨损试验在线检测技术的应用将使摩擦学试验朝着效率提高、功能完善、费用降低、技术成熟的方向发展。

【Abstract】 Friction &Wear phenomena widely exist on our day-to-day life,so the tribology research has great meaning to the National Economy. With the direction of the theory,it is a basic means of tribology research to process tribology experiment. With the great development of computer technique,automatization testing technique is being mature little by little,so it is a very important content of tribology experiment technique to use automatization testing technique to friction & wear experiment system. We just use computer in tribology experiment system to assistant friction & wear experiment,at the same time,combine the intellectualized instrument to study end-face friction & wear experiment online testing technique. And use the software made with VC ++6.0 and corresponding hardware,to implement experiment datum’s real-time collection,analysis processing and export function ect,then,to have a real-time and right estimate to tribology experiment. This research radically change the traditional tribology experiment system’s shortcoming that it can not represent tribology systematize and timeliness,because of it’s good frequency capability,it can satisfy tribology experiment’s real-time require,assure experiment result’s veracity. Using of Friction & wear experiment online testing technique makes tribology experiment develop with the aspect of efficient-advanced,function-perfected,cost-reduced,technique-matured.
