温室环境智能控制系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 温室环境控制技术是现代农业技术研究的重要内容,通过对温室内外监测数据的分析,结合作物生长发育的规律,控制有关设备,实现对温室环境要素的调控,达到作物优质、高产、高效的栽培目的。本文通过对温室环境控制技术的研究,提出一种新的温室环境智能控制系统的实现方法。该应用系统采用了以下关键技术: 1)智能化技术,包括模糊控制算法、模拟专家系统、自诊断技术、传感器的“即插即用”技术; 2)分布式的系统结构方式,以PC机为上位机,完成数据打印、数据处理、参数设置等辅助功能;采用MCS-51单片机为下位机,完成全部控制功能,下位机可脱离上位机独立工作。 该应用系统可实现对温室空气与土壤的温湿度、光照度、CO2浓度、营养液PH值和EC值的自动控制。 本文还介绍了VB6.0采用Data控件和ADO控件开发数据库,实现数据库的建立、添加、访问和数据图表显示、打印;利用MSComm控件,通过电平转换,实现串行通讯功能;利用MCIWnd控件,实现系统的多媒体功能;以及单片机系统软硬件总体设计包括数据采集、数据处理、输出控制、串行通讯接口设计、多中断源处理、系统掉电处理、大屏幕LCD应用等技术。 利用对有关关键技术的研究成果,制作了温室环境智能控制系统的样机。通过对样机系统的初步应用,并对运行结果进行考核,证明该方法具有较高的技术水平和实用价值。

【Abstract】 The control technology of the greenhouse environment is the important aspect of the research on modern agriculture. To achieve quality cultivation with high yield and efficiency, the manipulation aim of the greenhouse environment is realized by controlling some equipment through analyzing the monitoring data of the internal and external of the greenhouse environment and according to crop growth rule. A new method to realize the intelligent control system of the greenhouse environment is proposed in the thesis by investigation on the control technology. The system applies some key technology:1.intelligent technology: including fuzzy-control algorithm, analogy expert system, self-diagnostics technology, and "PnP" technology for sensor;2.distributed system structure: with the help of pc, assistant functions such as the dada processing, the data printing and parameter configuration are completed. The MCS-51 is used as a bottom computer, which can independently run, finishes the entire control task. The system can automatically control the temperature and humidity of the air or soil, the sunlight, the concentration of CC^, the value of PH and EC of nutritional liquid in the greenhouse.The technology how to apply Data control and ADO control to dispose database, establish database, add database, access to database and display, print the charts in database by VB6.0, how to make use of MSComm control to finish the serial communication function with voltage conversion, how to make use of MCIWnd control to realize the function of multimedia, how to design the MPU software and hardware such as collecting data, processing data, controlling output, the serial communication interface, processing interrupt source, processing power down and applying the big screen LCD is discussed in the thesis.Based on investigation on related key technology, we have worked out the sample of intelligent control system for the greenhouse environment. The preliminary application of the system and the tested result of its operation have proved that this new method has achieved higher technical level and has great practical value.
