60MHz数字存储示波器性能样机的研究与试制

【摘要】 本课题是研制带宽60MHz的数字宽带示波器,通过研制,达到10MHz的采样率,分辨率为8bit,f3db>=60MHz。本课题也是100MHz数字带宽示波器的预研,为较高采样频率的数字示波器的开发和应用奠定基础,具有广阔的生产应用前景。 本课题采用了随机采样的原理,用低速A/D转换器及控制器进行模数转换和控制,实现了对高频率的重复信号进行测量,有利于降低成本。数字示波器的逻辑控制部分采用CPLD可编程器件实现,减少元件数目,布线简单方便,设备体积小,有利于制作便携式示波器。
【Abstract】 The task is to develop and manufacture the Digitizing wide band Oscilloscope, which bandwidth is 60MHz, sampling frequency is 100MHz, resolution is Sbits, and the frequency is more than 60MHz at 3Db. This item applies to research the Digitizing wide band Oscilloscope which bandwidth is 100MHz and settles a base for developing the higher frequency digitizing oscilloscope. So it has a wide application foreground.According the principle of random sampling, we have realized to measure high frequency repeated signal by lower frequency A/D converter and logic controller. The part of the logic controller has used the programming device CPLD, which can reduce the number of components and devices, making the layout board convenience and simple, decreasing the device’s volume. This is propitious to make portable Oscilloscope.
