ERR管理思想与体系结构研究及原型系统开发

【摘要】 当今世界，由于经济的迅猛发展和市场竞争的日益激烈，传统的管理模式已不再适应企业的运作需求，并极大地限制了企业的发展。20世纪90年代，ERP作为一种先进的管理思想被提出。在几年时间内ERP以其合理的管理方法、高效的管理效率逐步被众多企业接纳采用，并在全世界得到推广应用。 在本文中，我们对ERP的管理思想与体系结构作了一定的研究，并通过原型系统——成都机车车辆厂物流管理系统的设计、开发对ERP系统的开发作了有益的尝试。 本文前半部分介绍了ERP产生的背景、ERP的发展历程与发展趋势、ERP基于企业供应链的管理思想、ERP中的先进制造技术(如精益生产、敏捷制造)等内容，着重讨论了企业资源的类型，企业供应链的结构、ERP系统的体系结构、ERP软件、和部分ERP系统实施的关键技术(如数据仓库、B／S)。 本文的后半部分，介绍了我们在了解了成都机车车辆厂的供应链结构和业务流程后，结合前半部分内容进行的原型系统开发情况。文中建立了该厂的物流管理系统模型，并对模型的运作情况作出了描述。由于时间和人力的限制，结合工厂的需要，我们仅对该系统的其中一个子系统——工装管理子系统进行了开发。本文介绍了工装管理子系统从设计到开发的全过程，比较了该系统相对与原有工装管理系统的改进与优点，随后对系统中的各个功能模块进行了详细的介绍，包括界面描述、功能实现方法等，并列出了部分实现代码。更多还原

【Abstract】 In today’s world, because of die swift development and the intense competition of the market economy, the traditional management mode of an enterprise is now can not adapt to requirement of the enterprise’s work, and limits the development of the whole enterprise. In 1990s the ERP was brought forward as an advanced management idea and was applied by many enterprises in the whole world in a few years as a result of its reasonable management method and high management efficiency.hi this article, we have done some research work on the ERP management idea and structure, and have done our practice through the design and develop work of the archetypal system, the Materiel Process Management System(MPMS) of Factory of Locomotive and Train Voiture of Chengdu(FLTVC).The first part of mis article introduced the background of ERP’s institution, ERP’s management idea based on Supply Chain, the contemporary manufacturing technology included in ERP(such as Lean Production and Agile manufacturing), and so on. This part also emphatically introduced the types of an Enterprise Resource, structure of Supply Chain, structure of ERP system, ERP software, and some pivotal technology of ERP system.The second part of this article introduced our development of the archetypal system which was put up combined to the first part after we comprehended the structure of Supply Chain and the business processes of FLTVC. hi this part, we established the model of MPMS and described the system’s work. Because of the limit of time and combined to me need of FLTVC, we just developed one of the MPMS’s sub system, the Technical Equipment Management System(TEMS). This part introduced the processes of TEMS’s development and advantage of TEMS compared to the old system, after that introduced the function module of TEMS by detail.更多还原
