对四川维尼纶厂竞争优势的思考

【摘要】 现阶段国有企业已难以仅依靠规模、声誉和国家的扶持政策参与竞争,而必须顺应市场,走符合企业实际的发展之路。本论文从战略管理角度,结合笔者多年的实践,在对维纶行业的细致分析和比较企业自身优劣势的基础上,提出了该厂目前可以考虑选择加强型战略,来建立和巩固竞争优势。行业分析和战略实施措施是本文的重点,有效的管理是成功的关键。在中国加入世贸的大背景下选取该行业龙头企业四川维尼纶厂作为研究对象来透视整个维纶行业的状况,对我国其它维纶生产企业今后的发展有一定的借鉴意义。 本论文共分四个部分。第一章简要介绍了川维厂及维纶产品;第二第三章是本文的重点,主要分析了维纶市场的行业状况、产品状况以及企业的实力状况,确立了企业的战略选择,并探讨了旨在建立和巩固企业竞争优势的若干战略管理措施;第四章是中国加入WTO后维纶行业的前景及企业的应对措施。
【Abstract】 Now, it is(more and more difficult for state-owned enterprises in China to participate market competition merely relying on scale, prestige and preferential policies issued by the government. They have to conform to the market environment and expand according to their actual conditions. With the writer’s years of experiences, deep analysis of the industry and the advantages and disadvantages of the factory, the thesis puts forward that the factory should choose strengthen strategies to build and consolidate its competitive adyantage. Industry analysis and carrying out of strategy are key points of the thesis, effective management is a crucial factor to success. Under the background of Chinese entrance into WTO, the study of SVF, an enterprise in the lead in this industry of China, is very necessary to survey the development of the whole Vinylon industry and vitalize the state-owned enterprises as well.The paper consists of four sections. The first part gives a brief introduction of SVF and Vinylon products. The next two parts are key points. With the analysis of Vinylon industry, products and factory situations, the writer confirms the strategy management to build and consolidate thecompetitive advantages of the factory. The last part is the perspective of Vinylon industry and the measures that should be adopted by SVF after China entrance into WTO.
