变频技术在电选机高压直流控制系统中的应用及研究

【摘要】 直流高压电源输出电压和电流的稳定性对产生稳定的高压复合电场极为重要。本论文针对YD-3型电选机高压电源系统输出直流高压脉动系数大、稳定性差的现状,提出了一种采用变频技术、高压π型RC滤波网络、PWM控制技术、相控整流技术等一系列电力电子技术的新型高效高压直流电源系统。 该系统由交流稳压、变频输出、高压升压、高压整流、π型滤波、三路高压输出以及信号采集和反馈控制等几个部分组成。本论文分析了整流电路及相控电路的原理和工作过程;变频电路的组成和工作原理;主开关器件IGBT的结构特点、导通及关断过程、动态静态开关特性;逆变电路的工作原理。本论文还讨论了PWM控制技术、PWM波形产生方法及频谱特点。 本论文还对整流电路、PWM控制方法进行了付立叶分析。 本系统控制精度高、稳定性好、输出直流高压的脉动系数小、抗干扰性强。本系统在攀钢选钛厂精选车间试运行后取得了较好的分选指标:精矿品位为47.31%、尾矿品位9.27%、回收率86.34%,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

【Abstract】 The stability of voltage and current outputted by HV DC power is important to generate stable high-voltage electric field .It proposed a new high efficiency HV DC power system adopting frequency conversion technology, HV Ji type filter technology v PWM control technology , phase-control commutate technology and so on according to the state -wave range wide and poor stability of the YD-3 type electric separator’s in this paper.This system is consist of AC stability, frequency conversion output, HV transistor, HV silicon rectifier, Ji type filter, three HV output and sigh collection feedback control and so on .In this paper the commutate circuit principle and work process of the commutate circuit, the composing and work principle of frequency conversion circuit, main switch element IGBT structure feature turn on and turn-off process dynamic and static switch feature and the work principle of invert were analyzed .PWM control technology , method of generate PWM wave and the frequency of PWM wave were also discussed. The commutate circuit and PWM control method were analysis by Fourier analysis.This system have sensitive control high stability, little output HV DC undulation, high anti-interference. While using this system in PanZhiHua steel company Ti separator factory ,the separate target make a large progress and get a better economic benefit and social profit benefit.
