等离子喷涂Al2O3-M硬面陶瓷复材的制备、组织和性能研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了用等离子喷涂制取Al2O3-M硬面陶瓷复材所采用的方法及过程。通过采用多种涂层设计、增加添加剂、喷后热处理、喷后激光重熔等方法采改善Al2O3硬面陶瓷涂层结合强度与性能。并利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、大型金相显微镜等技术以及一些性能测试手段对喷涂Al2O3-M硬面陶瓷的相结构、相组成及其性能进行了研究。 通过仿真磷化工工况,实验结果显示经激光重熔后的Al2O3/Ni陶瓷涂层表现出较好的抗腐蚀、抗磨蚀性能。这是因为以α-Al2O3为原始粉末经等离子喷涂后形成的陶瓷涂层主要以亚稳相γ-Al2O3存在,同时存在部分稳定相α-Al2O3,涂层经激光重熔后,成为组织较均匀的结构。涂层中γ-Al2O3发生相变成为α-Al2O3。添加剂Ni明显提高Al2O3/Ni及与基材间的结合强度,这是由于两者的熔点相差较大,在Al2O3凝固之后Ni保持一段时间后才凝固,显示出明显的“液相烧结”作用,提高陶瓷涂层的结合强度;在冷却过程中,涂层内的金属元素Ni以液态填充到孔隙处,起到“自封孔”的作用,有效地降低了气孔率,从而提高涂层的抗腐蚀、抗磨蚀性能。 激光重熔使组分发生相变,且大大降低涂层中的气孔率、提高致密度、硬度提高,从而提高熔化层的质量。陶瓷涂层硬度虽取决于陶瓷成分本身性质,但合理涂层设计、加工工艺及激光重熔能较大提高陶瓷涂层硬度。喷涂后立即进行热处理,涂层不易脱落,具有较好的效果。
