【摘要】 有关大城市边缘区的研究，在国外开始于70年代早期，目前已成为国外城市学界研究的主要课题之一。而近年来随着中国加大发展和建设小城镇的力度，我国城市规划学界在城市化和城镇体系等研究领域取得了一系列的重要成果，但作为大城市边缘区的研究才刚刚起步。 自改革开放以来，我国许多大城市与其它发展中国家的城市一样，由于工业、就业岗位、第三产业的城市化聚集，大城市对周边区域的吸引力持续增长，大城市边缘地区已成为我国大中型城市发展、扩散、蔓延的关键地区。也正因为如此，这一地带已发展成为城市变化最大、发展最迅速、问题最多和最敏感的地区，也是城市未来发展的关键区域。与此同时，传统的城区一郊区二分法已不能适应现代城市边缘区的规划、建设、管理和研究的要求，迫切需要加强对大城市边缘区的研究。 昆明作为云南省省会，是西南地区重要的中心城市之一，首批公布的国家24个历史文化名城之一，我国西南地区重要的旅游、商贸城市。解放前夕，昆明市建成区面积7.8平方公里，总人口80.3万人，至1995年，昆明市建成区面积为116.9平方公里，全市总人口375万人。特别是进入90年代以来，昆明市城市社会经济快速发展，人口、经济、用地等指标均突破了原总体规划到2000年的目标。其中昆明市城市边缘区的发展非常迅猛，但目前尚缺少理论性和基础性的研究，这也是本论文写作的初衷。 本文综合运用城市规划理论、城市地理学、城市经济学等现代相关理论，对国内外城市边缘区研究的背景、意义、划分理论、内容和特点做了相关介绍(第一章、第二章)。从第三章开始，通过对昆明市城市边缘区的实地调研和资料查询，对昆明市城市边缘区做了初步的结构分析和理论研究，包括对昆明市城市边缘区的形成过程的概括(第三章)，昆明市城市边缘区的划分与构成要素的分析(第四章)、昆明市城市边缘区空间演化规律的研究(第五章)，最后文章通过对我国经济发达地区的几种大城市边缘区的发展模式的分析，借鉴其可取经验，对昆明市未来城市化进程及城市边缘区的可持续发展模式做了一些探索(第六章)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Today , the research on fringe area of big cities’ which began in early 1970’s have become one of major subjects in the urban science. Recently, with mini-town developed and constructed rapidly in china, a lot of achievements have being gotten on urbanization and city-town system, but the research on urban fringe area is just start in China.Since the reform and opening up in China , the urban’s attraction to outside area continue increasing because the gathering of industry, occupation and third industry in big cities, just like what is happening in other developing countries. The urban fringe area have become the emphatic district in which Chinese big cities develop, expand and spread .Just because of this, these areas changing most, developing most quickly , have most problems and have most sensibility , and urban fringe area is also the key field of city’s future development. At the same time, the traditional city-rural divide method is not fit for the demand of urban fringe area’s planning, construction, administration and research, and it is time to strengthen the research on urban fringe area now.As the capital of Yunnan province, KunMing is one of the center-cities in south-west area , and one of the 24 cities which was permitted to be famous history-culture city firstly, and it is important touring and trading city. After 50 years developing, Knuming’s area has increased from 7.8 to 116.9 and population has increased from 803000 to 1169000. Knuming’s society and economy developed Very fast especially in 1990’s and tHe city’s population, economy, estate target beyond the plan for 2000 all. Kunming city’s fringe area develop very fast, but it short of theoretic and basic research now ,and it is the motive I write this article.This article comprehensive applied urban planning theory, urban geography and urban economics , to introduce the background, significance, dividing theory, content and characteristic of urban fringe area.(Chapter 1 and Chapter 2). From the third chapter, this article through the on-the-spot investigation andcollecting information in Kunming city, to do some initial structural analysis and theoretic research on Kunming’s fringe area , and it made up of the summary of this area’s formative process(Chapter 3); the dividing of Kunming’ fringe area and analysis constituent factors of this area(Chapter 4); the research of this area’s space evolution’s regularity(Chapter 5); In the end, this article also explored Kunming’s urbanizational mode and the sustainable development pattern of fringe area in the future by the illumination of several biggest cities’ fringe area developmental pattern in Chinese most flourishing region(Chapter 6).更多还原
