板料冲压成型仿真过程中的材料参数反求技术研究

【摘要】 本文利用反求理论,以试验测试试件宏观位移量为依据,巧妙地将有限元仿真计算和优化计算相结合,避免了传统参数测试的种种限制,实现了精确方便快速地获取仿真用材料参数。 在试验技术方面,本文创新地提出了筛选试验测试点的活度规则,将试件分成活性区、惰性区和盲点区,并以此来指导试验测试点的位置选择。以工业控制软件“组态王5.1”为核心开发的试验机电路控制及数据采集和处理系统,实现了试验测试的闭环控制。 在反求技术方面,本文首次提出了仿真先验信息的概念,即用仿真方法获取先验信息,极大地丰富了获取材料参数先验信息的途径。提出了两级试验测试点位置搜寻方法,分两级快速精确地确定试验测试点所在单元。本文采用Levenberg-Marquardt方法,同时混合了Gauss-Newton法的策略,详细推导出了材料参数反求的算法,在自行研制的参数反求软件Iimap中实现了材料参数反求这样一个非线性最小二乘问题的求解。
【Abstract】 An inverse method is proposed in this thesis for precise and fast determination of material parameters. In this inverse method, the finite element method is wisely combined with optimization technique to calculate material properties based on experimental results, which eliminates several drawbacks in traditional parameter test technique.An activity rule is creatively brought forward for the selection of measurement locations. The sample is divided into three parts, i.e. active section, inactive section and dead section. According to this rule the corresponding method for selection is proposed. Based on "Kingview" industrial software, the data processing and control system software is self-developed for realization of closed loop control in the displacement test machine.For the inverse method research, this paper proposes a truly original concept: simulated priori-information, which means using numerical simulation method to quest for priori information. This method greatly enriches the priori information on material parameters. In this paper two steps search method is creatively presented to quickly locate the position of measurement points in numerical model. Detailed procedure of the algorithm is proposed in this paper, using Levenberg-Marquardt method combined with Gauss-Newton strategy. And the corresponding software named limap (Inverse Identification of Material Parameters) is self-developed for solving such a nonlinear least square problem.
